Does anyone here consume Diatomaceous Earth?

Just curious if anyone is currently on a regime of food grade DE? Ive been having a lot of health/pain issues with my back and shoulder. The people that do take it swear by it.

We used de on the brakes after the driller ran to much water on them while tripping

LoL im kind of on the same page, but there is a food grade version of DE. According to some of the reviews ive read, taking a regime of this stuff for a short period then a break has amazing health benefits such as weight loss, reduced pain/inflammation, helps rid your body of toxins/parasites. My buddy said hes gonna try it so ill let him be the guiny pig.

Lol let me know how it goes. I use food grade DE for my topdressing.
