Anyone have any input wether these have been overwatered or under watered these girls have been giving me a massive head ache!

So these plants are 4 weeks old from Clone I transplanted them into 15ltr/3.5gal pots about 2 weeks ago I watered them in upon transplant only watering the outside with about a 1ltr of water tops they were growing lovely for 8 days after potting up and watering in. I then weight checked and knuckle tested the soil it felt dry atleast 3inchs down in the pots and they weren't as heavy as they were when I potted them up so I watered them no more than 1 ltr of water, watering around the outside of the plants again not directly in the middle of the pots getting a little bit of run off

The next day they looked fine but second day after watering they started drooping
So I watered them straight away again thinking it's been 2 days and they felt dry again I gave them no more than a 1ltr each the next day the looked pretty much back to normal but the next day they went back to being droopy so this time I watered them more than a 1ltr this time round the next day they looked a bit better but not back to how they was so I watered them another 500ml to 1ltr the next day they were droppy and haven't really picked back up since

My room temps are constantly between 20 to 26 degrees Celsius humidity around 45% to 60% Plenty of air circulation cold air intakes and 2 exhaust extractions keeping my water at a ph of 6.2 to 6.5 the soil is canna terra professional I haven't given them any nutrients as the potting mix normally does my plants till the flowering, I think I have under watered them originally and have now over watered them? it's been 2 days since I last watered now my plants haven't really changed still droopy growth has been stunted for the last 4 days new growth is turning yellow ever so slightly and some of the older first fan leaves are yellowing for I pulled one out of the pot today to check for root issues and to see if it was water logged but it was more dry than damp, roots were lovely and white I've done a few grows and never really had this issue before, first 2 pictures was taken 2 days ago the rest are from tonight some other opinions would be great maybe I have over looked somthing who knows either way it's stressing me out

I water till runoff. 1l isnt enough for that to happen in that size pot.
You can rule out watering problems by doing the same. Water thoroughly, and water again when the pot is light.

My 3 gallon take almost a gallon before i get any runoff

I thought the same because I transplanted them a little early to the 15ltr pots I've been cautious about over watering them so not watering them a massive amount, but I watered them a litre the next day they perked up a bit so I was like perfect they needed water so I gave them another litre the next day they was back to bring droopy again that was 2 days ago and there still droppy

The thing that's throwing me off nearly every plant I've under watered looks like yours the very top growth doesn't look that but the further down the plant you look the wilting looks more severe, mine look okay at the older bottom growth but all the newer upper growth is really droopy?

I'm a hydro guy but the thing that caught my eye was when you said you only watered the outside. Perhaps try to water around the stem some and see if that helps? Best of luck to you

I thought the same buddy On the last water I did I made a point of watering then whole top not just the outside made little to no difference really

I've watered them all today after what "boatguy" said it makes sence so I gave them all about 3ltrs each left them all sit in the run off for 20 minutes then emptied the dishes they feel heavy now they have never been that heavy since potting up ( 2.5 weeks ago) I guess only time will tell now if I did the right thing wish me luck
