I have noticed when i run dwc/hydro my grows require lower ppms than my coir grows. Its at 300 ppm by this stage in coir im usually running 400-550. Was wondering if hydro needs less nutrient than coco/coir?

Method= dwc five gallon cooler, thermostat, ice probe chiller, two large stones, 8 watt air pump
Rez temps= @ 66-68F
PH- 5.5-5.8
Light= 5 cxb3590 @ 300 watt
Strain= seedsman auto white widow
Nutrients= Fox farms grow big, tiger bloom
Water = rain @ 2ppm
Humidity= 50 -75%
Temps-78-85F

Do you notice a difference in performance between the DWC and coco? The feeding is different, but do your plants look/do better in one and is one easier to run?
