No thanks. Who knows where all that data plus your location ends up. I do not trust any web enabled shit in my grow.

I have an 80 - 1000X scope that has a wifi box so I can take pics with my phone anywhere without the computer but I disable internet access until the pics of my plants are off my phone. Maybe a little paranoid but after 50 years of hiding my pot from the cops I'm not changing anytime soon. :)

I'm with you Med.... Although intrigued by these types of things, I won't use em...
Maybe one day, when Federal prosecution is no longer a possibility...

That being said, there are some nifty toys available in these times, that are undoubtedly beneficial.

But, it's not the drugs that make you paranoid, it's the cops....

I fall into the category of, 'You're not really paranoid when they really are out to get you!' :)

Gotta buy up a couple of dumb TVs before they're all gone and get my '85 Olds Delta 88 Royal Brougham back on the road. No f'n OnStar on that old girl. lol

50 years of messing with pot and damn near everything else and never even been charged for a drug offense. I got good spidey sense and keep aware of my surroundings when out and about.

She's not as pretty now but will be one of these days.

Our lighting schedules are a difficult signature to hide from the power companies.
No smart meters here in Alberta so they only know how much I use on average as they only drive by for a reading every 3 months. They have no way of knowing when or what is using the power either so that gives me a little peace of mind. My meter still has that big horizontal wheel that spins around and mechanical dials to get readings off of. I've never seen a meter reader come into my yard and our big Red Siberian Husky's doghouse was right beside the pole for 12 years.

Thats beautiful iron.
Thanks. I love that car and one way or another she'll be on the road again. It can be seen from the highway and every now and then someone will stop in and ask if it's for sale. One guy wanted to use it in a demo derby and I almost got out the shotgun. :D

Yeah they even make ones that work to control an AC unit using the remote control signals.
Interested in this, but I’m not very high tech kinda person. Can you lead me in right direction. I have been looking at sensibo and cielo to control the mini split but if this is another option I’d like to look at the capabilities of it and see if better option.

Also for paranoid people I’m pretty sure their are people who actually grow other kinds of plants in there home.

Pebble is the one I setup for my buddy in his 9kW room to control his 4 ton AC.

Placing and moving around temp/rh sensors. Now 3 sensors in flower. 1 in veg.
(this app only works when connected to same network as the GW-1000 gateway.)
