Electrical service question

upgrade to 150 or 200 amp service
Yes. 200A min for any modern home.
That's a crazy setup you have, in no way safe if it's what you are seeing.

Idk what your place looks like but a main panel could be put outside and then re-feed that sub panel and add another one with more spaces somewhere else if you need.
My own house is like this. My meter and main panel are outside on a rack. I have my house on shop fed from there. If I need to add later, I just dig a trench and pipe to it.

I assume you check all the closet and weird places for another panel. I have never seen a set up like that irl.

i agree with midnite sun. pay somebody and tell them to "upgrade to code from the meter to this panel". and have them look at all the circuits: who knows waht other wiring mistakes are going on. unless you are renting this place, than f' it. if you own it, i'd spend the $.
They own.
I only have so much budget to get the grow going.
Im comfortable doing most electrical work on my own.
Im not afraid of it. I just like to have a full understanding of what im doing.
I wired my other grow myself.
I believe renfro and possibly even you said i did well.
In my state there is no statewide licensing.
I,believe its something to the affect of " knowledgeable person"
I was hvac certified and took an electrical wiring class and a motors and controls class in which i stood out ..
Now im not a braggard. Im usually self deprecating...
Just saying so you know where im at.

Do you think i could probably handle it?

Sure. I can do it, it isn't rocket surgery. Besides I'm a chimp. If you mess up though and burn the place down with you in it though don't come blaming me.
