Fighting & preventing Cancer (diet/lifestyle)

I have not had nor had to deal with cancer with anyone close, however I did just listen to this book last month and it is a great starting point for cleaning up a diet. The western diet overall is just atrocious compared to the rest of the world. Pretty sure it's no coincidence that the US cancer rates are considerably higher than anywhere else in the world as well. The biggest thing that I have found in this book and others is to get away from processed food.

I'm sure that it depends on the type of cancer. I personally haven't had to fight cancer, however I've seen my parents battle it. My father-in law had stomach cancer about 10 years ago. We brought him into our home to live with us and made RSO for him. He only made it about a quarter of the way through the treatment and quit, because he was getting too high and couldn't handle it. He ended up leaving our house to live with my wife's sister, and died a couple of weeks later. A few years ago, before covid, my father got prostate cancer. I made him RSO too, but he never took any. The chemo and hormone treatment extended his life about 4 years. He died at the beginning of this year. My mom got cancer this year. I also offered her RSO, and even though she's a stoner, she declined and went the radiation route. She's finished her awful treatment now, but still feels terrible from it, although her cancer count or whatever has gone down. Fingers crossed that it's gone with the next PET scan, but if it doesn't go away, I might have to force feed her RSO.

Man I'm sorry to hear that & at least you tried to help. Glad your mom is doing ok rn. Thanks man I'm definitely looking into sourcing/making RSO as per your post the other day. I'll definitely take it & I'm sure my sis will. She mentioned getting her medical card yesterday :-) I've got good grow equipment & I'm learning so I'll have a steady supply soon.

It's just crazy how half my family got cancer in the same 18 month period & so I'm looking for anything to avoid/do differently going forward in just day to day life. Figured a lot of people on here have experience.

"Scott Tenerman must die" is certainly in the top 5 of all time. My personal favorite was "Cartmanland", I must have watched it 100+ times. Followed by Casa Bonita. Matt & Trey progressed entertainment/pushed boundaries more than anyone else in their generation. Legends!
Totally. Have you seen their Book of Mormon? Pure genius. Here's a catchy tune from the musical -

Very interesting looking at the effects of chlorine on the human body. ‘There’s something in the water’
