First grow... How does she look?

She turned 5 weeks today. Short and bushy blue cheese bagseed about 9inches or so in height from coco/perlite base.

Would she be suitable as a mother plant?
I dont have the luxury of obtaining new seeds from where im located unfortunately

Any plant can be a mom

Just need cuttings off them

She looks good. A suggestion ... manifold her and you can get this:

Yup. The Blue Cheese clones quite easily.

When you can get a lower long enough to clone
I bet she has a few now

You are correct. A few candidates to clone - i might start taking clones at week 6 so the branches can grow abit longer.

Decided to do a major defoil and one topping to even up canopy - only cut the big fan leaves that were blocking the other tops.. tell me if i was wrong.

Nope ... you are fine. It might look thin now - but it will bounce back pretty quickly. It will be just as bushy - if not more so - in another week.

Sweet. She was extremly bushy with heaps of foliages that was getting out of control. My thinking was to strip her down to her bikini to spice things up for the future

You did right - you opened up the stuff below without overdoing it. And from the number of tops that have just been opened to better light ... I see a pretty good future.

Getting seeds into australia is almost impossible right now. Hard to get through customs

It is. And for an indica dominant strain, Blue Cheese does not give you couch lock.

A plant like that picture above, 6.5 to 7 oz. fully cured.
