Okay so I picked up a clone from the dispensary. Now I'm 2 weeks 5 days into veg and im running into a couple of problems, first off: Edges on top leaves are browining slightly. Secondly: New leaves that are growing on top are a very light green and edges are curling. I am growing 1 plant for my first attempt, I am running a 150w cfl currently about 4 inches from the plant. My soil is foxfarm ocean forest and nutes are foxfarm trio. I have a 6" vent fan and a small fan in the bottom corner of the 36"x20"x62" indoor tent. I have been adding 1/8th of the recommended nutes for for of nute burn. I also have a humidifier in the room that i run often to get humidity between 60-80 most often. The pot is a smart pot. Finally the clone is fire OG and tempatures get up to 88°F but not too often. Pictures below please help can't pinpoint exact problem by research.

88F is not good as I am sure you realize so if you can't combat heat you must roll her back from the light a little. New growth on my OG is pale it is only a problem if it doesn't green up. Humidity isn't really an issue right now but if you run an air conditioner during flower it will remove some humidity so like a 2 in 1. Also for the record I don't feed FFOF plants in veg except 5ml per gallon of RO water of Cal Mag Plus or 10ml per gallon if I am fighting yellow tops. Veg really shouldn't put a high demand on your soil though.

I've grown Fire OG it is kinda tough for an OG strain.

Let me retry right now, sorry.
Having always grown from seed I really cannot speak to clones. However since it was sold at a dispensary I am sure it is well rooted.

The FFOF is IMHO pretty hot for a seedling or a new clone. The soil also has more than enough nutes to go at least 3 weeks w/o adding any additional nutes at all. She needs a bit of time to get over the shock of being placed in soil and the temp of the soil. She will be fine...leave her alone for a few days, water her when she is pretty dry to the 1st knuckle of your forefinger and then add water enough to get the soil around her a somewhat wet probably a 1/4 gallon should do it and build from there. Start adding nutes about 3 weeks from now at a 1/4 strength and building by 1/4 strength every other feeding (water, feed, water, feed) until you are feeding full strength. Also make sure you are following the FF soil feed schedule for measurement. I have seen a lot of people use the amounts they see on the bottle. But, those measurements are based on hydro and also if you are using one without the other 2. So, you can go to foxfarms.com and find the soil recipe.

Welcome to RIU

Good Luck and Great Growz!

Yeah Ive been told sativah strains are harder to grow indoors than indica I'm sure fire og takes the cake? And yes I saw been combatting tempatures since day one it gets pretty hot in my house. thank-you for the golden info from you guys. I'll be sure to take it to heart! Have a nice day!

I apologize I meant tough as in she can take a bit of abuse, to me she was easy to grow not hard like my OG Kush. By hard I judge how well they handle stress, how long to recover.
