First grow seedlings showing discoloration

I put my first round of seedlings into rockwool about 16 days ago, decided to do a trial run with my seedsman freebies before I try and pop some more expensive phenos. Im vegging in a tent w/ 1 HLG 100 4k placed 32 inches above during germination to first true leaf, currently between 28-29 as of today. 24/0 cycle, currently at 78 F w/ 48% humidity, 24 hour max 80 F w/ 52% H, Min 76 F w/ 47 H, been fairly consistent the whole grow. I have 1 genesis fan blowing most of the time and Im running my AC infinity 4in on setting 3 because I wanted to see if it works and I dont feel like shutting it off.

Mistakes were made. I knocked the entire tray over doing some tent maintenance, I over wattered, and had them in near 100% humidity, all during the first 2 days of germination.

3 survived, pretty sure one is white widow and the other two are blueberry. (labels came off when the tray fell)

After transplant to the 4x4x4 cubes around day 5, I gave them their first dose of Jacks 12-4-16 clone mix at 1.1 EC w/ 6.1 PH around day 10. The WW responded well, the Blueberry seemed a bit slower on the uptake. I gave them their 2nd dose of the same nutes/PH on day 14 and I think they are doing pretty well except for the discoloration on the leaves pictured below.

Have looked at a bunch of troubleshooting guides and I have no idea what the issue is.

Any help would be much appreciated, Im open to questions and critique. Thanks for your time. - TB

EDIT: Using 5 stage filtered R/O water

4x4x4 rockwool cubes
Ok cool. I'm a coco grower, admittedly weak with rockwool.

Are you drain to waste? Or recirc/flood?
Techno

Looks more like ph related spots vs Mg. Double check best ph for rockwool.

Best of luck on all your grows

Idk, that seems like a lot of food for small plants. Maybe half that or 1/4 that? I only used rockwool one time on everything in my garden, I switched only because you have to throw it away when it's done, good stuff otherwise.
I managed to almost drown some stuff in rockwool, it's one of my talents:)

Thank you. I am going to need to read this after I have my coffee tomorrow.

I am currently doing drain to waste until the root system is developed enough to where I need to water once a day, at which point Ill be using a timer and reservoir with the occasional top watering to try and wash out some of the salts.

I agree, the excitment of my first feeding made me forget all about cutting the EC and they seemed to respond well so I decided to give them another round. I have a peyote wifi sprouting right now thats going to get 20% strength her first feeding in the 4x4x4

Only reason I am using rockwool is that I had a mentor in my youth that used rockwool who recently passed. I decided to get my license and try to put some of that knowledge to the test as a celebration of his roll in my life.

Bumping with updated photos, still not sure whats going on here.

I rinsed with RO water before I gave my most recent feeding to try and clear out any potential build up, then I gave them jacks RO at 1.1 EC, added 1tbsp of epsom and that brought me up to 1.4, which was a bit higher than what I was going for.

I need to put gallon lines in my early stage feed bucket for more accuracy, because so far Ive been winging it and Im supprised Ive made it 3 weeks without MAJOR issues.

Left to right: Blueberry 1, blueberry 2, White widdow
