Your grow is looking good. I am by no means a pro-grower, but I work and get the job done. Ive had 2 failed grows, 7 good, 1 dnf.
Im also a disabled Vet, EAS'd 10 years ago Nov. 14th! I grow to sustain my medical needs, plus, I just love the hobby.
I think you have the potential to pull a couple(+?) LBs from that space with efficient use of your equipment. If you don't mind my .02:
Get your ballasts off the floor, safety first. Depending on how much extra space there is in the room, hang some panda film or a reflective layer behind your table; this will help concentrate your lights focus to the tables footprint. You can push cool air through the lights (duct work and fan); Should allow for cooler canopy temps; you can then let plants grow into the light or lower the light as close as you can (with out light stress) while maintaining adequate temps. Defoliate for light penetration. Get support for that branch weight!!
Just as important as the environment, is your feed schedule. Dial that in. I personally don't like to feed too heavy or let the pots go too dry. I make a moderate nute mix for the plant count, then water every other day, give or take (depending on environmental variables; ie. humidity, pot size, grow medium). In soil, I find no need to flood and wait to they completely dry out, especially if they are watered consistently in moderation.

Im subbing up. Def looking forward to seeing this one finish.
I will be in their default dating today in the ballasts will come off the ground as well! originally I had fans hooked up through the lights but the canopy temperature stays around 72 and just kind of took it all down because it was even sloppier if you can imagine LOL!! I'm unsure really how to support the branch weight, I've never had plans this big before. I am off today so we'll be spending the majority of my time in there getting things going appropriately. I do great usually through pads in the first couple weeks of flower, but I find that I get lazy and wait for them to dry out the longer it goes. my original plan was to just do a sea of green and use My Space a little bit differently. But we will definitely get some new pictures up within a few days of everything trimmed up and supported. YouTube here we come!! I really find that I have an awkward balance of motivation vs. Actual effort put in when it comes time to really log the hours in there. not really proud of that but I'm not shameful of it either I'm usually pretty tough on myself and I'm trying to just be more relaxed since I really don't have an expectation or need to share with anybody really outside of the immediate circle that I host poker for . Thankful the words of encouragement! personal life is kind of been turned upside down in my attentions I've really been focused elsewhere financially and emotionally...good reminder on the panda film because I have a role in getting off of somebody and forgot to go pick it up the other day!

Once in flower, I tend to slack off too, kind of similar reasons. I deal with ptsd; My life just seems to feel hard at times and all my main efforts are geared towards other fronts to prevent that. That is one reason why I have had some failed grows, and not attending to deficiencies in proper time.
My first attempt here was a failed journal. Since then I have been transitioning to ebb&flow buckets with great results. As long as my res environment is set up properly, I can let it go for 2 weeks on auto pilot. Last run I let 3 grow naturally, no stabilization or trimming. I did have a problem with temps in the tent, so I kept one light at 350w and at at 400w.
If watering time is a big problem for you, in the future, look into an automated style system... drip, or a flood/drain; pump, timer, res/barrel, couple of fittings for your table. Saved me a lot of effort and time in the long run. Im trying to set up a flood and drain hydro table for veg. Im hoping it ends up full like your table!

hello you are doing a good job i only have some advice to give that i think will be useful hoping to be able to go beyond the distances to get you my message ... :)
for the next run you can safely put 8 plants in 25-liter pots for about 4 weeks of vegetative growth with adequate light (or a 400/600 mh or with a good diy LED with which you could also flower 400 600 watts for 4x4 ) depending on what you see you're fertilizing I don't know if you have a ph and ec tester they are very convenient and allow you to measure how much you are feeding to the plant as for the yields it evaluates from 0.4 gpw to 1 gpw but don't worry the results will think about improving the room and everything went well

OP with such an amount of leafs and plant mass it would be a good idea to allways have a temp/rh meter intracannopy. Its good to keep track on the micro environment, humidity will be higher there. Maybe some lollipopping and air flow around the pots?

I have a humidity meter ran over the left light and into the canopy for humidity and temperature and then also temperature of my outside the room temperature. I stay right around the 40 to 60% humidity range depending on when I water. Honestly I'm not really sure what it should be but I definitely did throw a couple fans under The canopy and thinned out a decent amount last night pictures coming right now sadly life has been a little hectic in the slacking continued as they look a little sad and underwatered. I think I went a little crazy on the first light 10 or 15 plants and then realized that they were just naked and kind of slowed and then stopped and left like 10 plants totally untouched the smallest one was anyway and then the big ones unfortunately got most of the hacking before I realized that I should probably look it up before I just sni20191121_125050.jpgp away

after seeing this photo I could advise you to bend the highest bud so that you can lower the lamps and have greater screen uniformity.
when I used hps (for about 12 years) I tried to get an umbrella-shaped screen with the center the lowest point and the highest sides you will realize with a minimum of elementary geometry that increases the space and manages to keep the lamps lower since you have a hot spot right in the middle of the lamp

And avoid stuff like powdery mildew and bud rot. At this time of year mites and the like should be pretty easy to avoid. Just never count ones chickens before they hatch.
urgh bud rot my mortal enemy. These are looking nice my man

Update with pictures (lol notpictures but it's what I can do). Ran into spider mites for the first time... but pretty much have gotten those taken care of by this point also my tops are too close to my light and they're as close as I can get to the ceiling so they are getting a little bit fried.... All lessons to be learned for the next cycle . 18 days into flower. I know I'm going to have little airy wispy buds because there's so much going on and light/space is limited. I think on the next run I'm going to do 36 plants still but with a second 4x8 and 2 additional lights.

Still looking for potential yield estimates as the thread progresses and I update. I just don't understand some of the comments saying that I would only get 4 grams per plant? but I'm going in with open eyes that just does not seem correct to me though I can see more than that just in pre buds right now. Possibly I misunderstood .View attachment 4423406View attachment 4423407View attachment 4423408View attachment 4423409View attachment 4423410View attachment 4423411View attachment 4423412View attachment 4423413

Yup. Fair enough. 2k more going in Jan 1 . Lol the hard lessons we learn aye? Can only get better from here
Mr Snail...
It might be worth while for you to buy some reflective material (Panda film)and put it around the perimter to capture more of that wasted light in such a large area.

Cheers
