So I put my almost 2 week old plant outside before work in my spot it’s stealth as I have dragonian laws for growing …. I just realized that my leaf had a big bite mark in it what’s possibly eating my plant? It’s been out there for 6 hours it’s 86 degrees and like 80 rh
To me, it looks like probably a grasshopper, but there are probably several different things that leave marks like that depending on where you are. For outdoor you've got to do preventative maintenance for bug pests. If I don't, my outdoor gets way messed up by bugs. I use neem oil, BT, and spinosad every 1 to 2 weeks until buds start forming. Apply at sunset. If sunlight shines in leaves still wet from application, the leaves will burn badly. I don't spray after buds start forming.

Hoppers are hell, be very thankful he was hungry for leaf, they will also sit and eat new branches. They will also lay eggs in your soil.
