Florida growers help!!!!!1

i LIVE IN ST.PETE
but grow in treasure island
i know veging the plants indoor then taking them outside when u want them to flower is the best teqnique
but

iam trying to grow outdoor from start to finish

but cannot find the hours of light in the days for the next couple months so
my plants do not flower as soon as they grow an inch

so i guess my question is either when do the hours of light in the days lengthen or
where do i find that info out

April 20 is when it starts to get more than 12 hours of light........I live in tampa thats how i know
