I almost bought 2 sf2000s from you but with customer service like that i would never give you a cent.

HI friend, do not know what happen to you. If you have any problem of our product, please feel free to contact. We will try best to solve it for you.Your warranty isn't very good even if you did honor it. After 3 months the buyer pays for repair and 1 way shipping is not a strong warranty.
I'm glad I went with another company and I will make sure my friends and local grow shops do the same. I'm sure the couple of thousand dollars you will lose won't affect your business much but I will definitely tell everyone I know to buy from a different company.
