Flowering well or not?

This girl was grown from a regular seed (Roswell by Subcool). Throughout veg she’s had only one problem,which was nitrogen toxicity and that was fixed fast. Now here six weeks into flower she’s more than tripled in size and she’s been defoliated three times. Signs of flower didn’t show until almost the forth week of 12/12, so the questions are should this girl continue or be scrapped, will she yield anything, and what possible things caused her to take so long? There’s two other ladies with her all put in on the same date, one who seems on schedule, and one that seems just two weeks older than this girl. Attached are pics of her flowers currently here in week 7 and her on day one of 12/12 (03/16/2020)

note- 300w meihzi light was on with hlg during first week of 12/12
