Flushing cocoperlite too early back to nutes?

Heyhey

I started flushing 2 days ago i took this picture and though trichomes are getting cloudy and milky20211127_163515.jpg

Today i took some small "sample bud" and i cant zoom very good with my phone camera but now it doesnt look ready to me.

I was going to flush 5-7days but should i go back to nutes after day 2. Plant doesnt look any different yet. This is my first grow and been flowering about 53 days. Short flowering strain "7-8" weeks. My other 2 plants look they definetely need longer time but i had fate in this one, the white hair have withered and exposed the bud long ago. I was hoping it would be ready by the next week end.

Sorry for the picture quality and thank you in advance

a friendly piece of advice..."flushing" is bro science that does absolutely nothing, except starve your plants.
that said, you need to take several things into consideration, and a whole plant pic would help make an accurate diagnoses.
the lack of brown pistils and amber trichs says to me that you have at least two weeks to go, if not more.

agreed, flushing is a wast of time, as the others have stated, feed up to the end and lower feeding amount as the harvest date aproaches

My genuine opinion on flushing as it pertains to coco growing, bottled nutrients specifically not sure about "dry inputs", is that it impacts leaf and sometimes bud color. That's pretty much it. Fall colors, and sooner than you'd normally get them.

Thank you for helping and i also have studied that flushing may not be nececcary. But i used kinda heavy feed from the chart and though it doesnt hurt to flush. My tray is white from dried up salt after giving good ammount of water and the tray dried. I only use canna coco A B and calmag agency for soft water buffer and added calmag.

I can give you some images tommorow a20211124_210028.jpg20211124_205411.jpgs it is the dark time atm. The calyx are swollen and the plant hasnt gotten any bigger for a while.

Hard to get good photos when there are yellow light and ceramic light. Here are couple old ones. Tommorow i can give better. But i probably continue feeding like 10 more days if the pictures i will take tommorow doesnt look cloudy.

You have several weeks left yet to ripen, nice looking bud though, it will be worth the wait!
Thank you very much the plant is my love, may not look the most professional but its my first attempt. It have 3 large colas and several smaller ones but i cant show everything from this angle(need to open the back door). The colours are so beatiful specially under the ceramic side of the tent.

I had blueberries too but i lost them becouse of my own stupidity week 5 of flowering and i dryed them and smoked and they actually worked well. The effect were more "high" than stoned but from these i want the full experience and grow mature bud.

The last 2 picrures were taken almoust a week ago and i still have more than 10 days to go? I try to take better ones tommorow.

Looks like you’re doing good so far, but like everyone else said you should give em a few more weeks. Keep ‘em fed, they’ll put most of their extra bulk on in a short spurt then let em finish ripening up. The final few weeks are the toughest when you’re new, fortunately the main issue there isn’t with the plants but with the growers patience which is nothing a little bit of self control won’t solve.

here's a thing i learned on my own. i have a hand held microscope, with it's own display. i noticed if i look at trichs from directly overhead, they tend to look white or "milky"...but if you turn the bud slightly so you can see from the side, those same "milky" trichs are actually still clear, and you're just seeing light reflect back from the base of the trich, where it attaches to the stem...

Don't go by that chart. It's complete crap. And you need to do something to keep all that fuzz off your buds. Otherwise looking good but not ready. 2 weeks.

Thank you everyone for helping me out. I were wrong the plant is still getting heavier i noticed gaps narrowing and branches needing more support. It is pretty hard to read trichomes with phone camera but there are still clear ones and only few potential amber ones. Mostly cloudy i think.

I keep dreaming "one more week" as it is easier to process that way.
