Foliar feeding in flower idea

Now we don’t want nasties on our buds so I had this head while taking my morning poo.

What about a sponge? Dipped in your foliar feed and excess is squeezed out then rub the leaves with the moist feed? Allowing you to get the tops and underside of the leaves with minimal drippage.

Gonna give it a bash today but in principle I think it should work!

My noob ass would do it. Use sterile gauze. A damp one to apply, and a dry one to pat any excess dry. Why not?

Pressure sprayer and Foliar feed 2x with lights on. Of course a sponge will work but I don't understand the reason though? Who got time to stroke every single leave? You will not get good spread and coverage, use surfactant if you have a hard time getting good coverage/spread.

I almost never foliar feed with lights off like many suggests. I can successfully foliar up to 5th week of flower and I never have problems with bud rot indoors. You should also spray stems, avoid directly spraying flowers in later weeks of bloom. Takes me a couple of minutes to spray a 4x4 in flower.

I stop spraying anything nasty like kelp/humic up until week 2.

To accurately feed certain leaves and avoid contaminants in the buds.

Espeically mid/late flower.

I guess the optimal would be to spray the bottom leaves then do the others after.
