I have to say Ive never really considered MarsHydro as a serious light till now. That looks like a solid bit of light. Will be good to see what they pull out of a 2x4. How tall is that tent?

It's my first grow using it, I'm happy so far. Upgrade compared to my blurple viparspectra 300's. The tent is 5' 10"

I know you're happy with the upgrade. The one you have now is a nice step in the right direction. Should do great in a 2x4 imo.

Edit: I'm actually curious as to what it would do as well. I ran 300w of SF's in a 2x4 with a pretty damn good outcome for my skill level.

Nice and simple mix - love it. How often do you ammend ?

Would think upfront that mix should power a plant for weeks.
Yea I'd likely be fine for a couple more weeks. I'll put one tablespoon per gallon at week 3 of flower, so roughly 4 weeks after transplant.
And again at week 6 half tbs per gallon
Maybe overkill, so we'll see if its too much of a good thing.

Ive found that it takes 2 weeks for it to kick in.I would start 1 week after transplant. Then do 1 tbls a week rather then 3-4 after 3 weeks.

Humidity is getting high in the tent so I gave it a heavy defoliation.
Top dressed, jumped the gun. 3.5 tbs power bloom and 1.5 tbs all purpose per 5 gallon container.
I added a couple hand fulls of FFOF, top dress gaia and scratch it in to the new soil. Water. Defoliate.

Day 25 of flower.
%40 RH
They have filled in quick.
It definitely took a couple days to recover from defoliation but they are growing again, full speed!
The springtails have disappeared but I already bought predatory mites from koppert. They are still good for preventing Fungus gnats. Apparently they'll go vegetarian if they don't have any prey

These predator mites are slightly terrifying.
Stratiolaelaps Scimitus.
Predator mites that will combat fungus gnat infestations. They'll feed on multiple different types of larvae and insects in your soil. Beneficial to create a balanced ecosystem. They are expensive but you don't need a lot. I split the cost with 3 friends and only costed 16.50. Bought 10 000 for $50, good for 100 m² coverage. I could have split with more people.
I don't have a gnat problem in the tent. Gnats are in my vegetable garden in another room. Just a matter of time. Preventative Maintenanance.VideoCapture_20210323-211157.jpg

And an update photo, why not.

Looks really nice!
mind if i ask about yer light height? Because i just started out and i have the sp3k also, but my indica-leaning 4-week-olds in ffof seem to prefer the light a little further than MH recommends.
Great looking grow!

The tallest colas are 15 inches away, I'd prefer to keep 18 inches but one of my plants is shorter than the others so I lowered the light to accommodate her. The short phenotype is 20 inches away from the light.
As long as I don't see light bleaching, I don't think they mind.

Day 36 of flower, took these pictures yesterday.

Still looking healthy, and growing fast.

I read blueberry doesnt produce baseball size nugs, I should expect small bud sites, compared to some strains. This is my first blueberry plant so I only know what I've read.

I haven't needed to install a carbon filter, where is the dank smell? What week of flower do you get overwhelmed by dank?

Nice flowers. Should be pretty stinky. I see resin what happens when you rub your fingers on them?I’m at day 22 the smell just started.

Thank you for the response Martian! I do appreciate it.
Best of luck on the grow!

I can smell some fruity terpenes but not as much dank as I'd expect for day 36. Maybe I'm becoming nose blind
