Giving 8 week strains 10+ weeks

Any downside? I have a bunch of liberty city haze i was trying to give 11 weeks but its seems well done at 9.5.
I also have a handful of more indica varieties in there. They basicly have no leaves left at all.Just sticky smelly dense buds oozing with resin.
Should I pick them asap? or can i let em rock for another week and a half?

What are pic going to help do? i know the plants are well done. Under the scope they are amber everywhere.
The camera on my phone is cracked. I can take better pics but what will the pics actually tell you?

Personally I wouldn’t post a picture of that plant. Or at least in that light. It looks like hell.

finish time is arbitrary. every grow microclimate and lighting is different.

if they are done they are done. going past their prime results in a loss of terps from my experience. also the longer you let them go amber the less "high" and more "stoned" effect you will get. at least that's my experience.

I prefer to pull earlier than later. once I see 5% amber on colas is when I harvest, but I prefer a head high to a body high. but to each their own.

only you can know when is right. but imho no point in letting them go 2 weeks longer if they look ready now.

They are about 30% amber. i'll just pic em before the rest of the tent.

That plant does look like hell. But even with the bad photo I can tell it's not done. The lower bud has fresh pistils.

And you can't go by the finish times they list in the descriptions of the strain. They'll be done when they're done and it can be weeks longer than what was stated.

nah thats a differnt plant.

30% Amber, is well done for me.

I like more Cloudy, with very little amber.

Down side of letting hem go past due is loss of punch, loss of fragrance, and taste, like grapes going past their prime. Id rather have mine a bit early vs late.

I gave nevills haze 18 weeks flower once. it just got better and better .

Is this amber you see on sugar leaves or calyxes? Calyx only for the best judgement. Also do you touch or handle the colas alot? Like squeezing them feeling for density? If so you can bruise the trichs and they'll turn amber premature

your literally asking for our help and then say this ? Even with that pathetic attempt of a picture I can tell you that plant is NOT done.

But since you know the plant is well done, go ahead and harvest away my friend.

@SmokeyExcursi I have not grabbed that plant one time. It's just naturally done.

The lens on my camera phone is cracked so its hard to get focused shots. but again i wasn't asking for help in the first place just trying to have a conversation.

This is @ 68 days of flower. Even the clear tricombs are 30% amber

You asked if you should harvest, that’s asking if they’re done. Anyways it’s all good man! The flower in those pictures sure looks a lot nicer than that first pic. And no, I know very little actually. That’s why I’m on here learning.
