I was in D.C. for the past 6 months. I did not see any storefronts, only deliveries. Even those were pretty shitty. I had people flake on my delivery a lot. If you're desperate, go to a glass shop. They are allowed to sell you a novelty item e.g. shirt, and give you a gift with it (MMJ). It's pricier than going to a delivery, but much easier to deal with.
