Hey guys, so chopped 6 days ago and hung up over clothes horse to dry temps in the room were around 28c, 5 days it was starting to dry quickly on ends of buds and all smaller buds so chucked in sealed container and burp few times a day, when i go into room with container it smells dank but when i open container and smell the bud its got a real grassy smell, and buds got wetter, any suggestions? Im guessing to dry abit more before curing

(Not to jump in and take over your thread bazza) i had a similar issue and i know this is posted somewhere on here, instead of starting new thread i thought I'd ask here first,im looking at new cure methods myself, the method i have been using is chop and trim everything when i cut em down, place on drying screens in tent with carbon filter and small fan to move air, i usually am able to put in jars after 2 or 3 days and burp twice a day for 2 weeks usually does the trick but it doesn't have that real good dank smell, product is still good but bag appeal is not quite right, so my question is would i be better off trimming off sugar leaves leaving plant whole, hang upside down in tent and then do final trim? If so what is estimated time to hang? I know conditions play a big part just looking for ballpark

If your bud is wet when you checked it in the jar it's not ruined its just not dry. That is normal. Everyone is right about he temps etc. And the super slow drying but your bud is just drying from The inside and is sweating in he jar. Probably went in too wet I'm guessing but who cares just take it out and let it dry more maybe in a closed paper bag then back in the jars with a hygrometer so you can moniter your rh. The rest of the info you need is readily available just find someone who actually knows and follow their posts. There is a lot of bad info being shared.
