I have a friend who lived in Cali a number of years ago, and when medical first began there were dispensaries who gave significant discounts -sometimes even free weed- to medical marijuana patients on govt. assistance. Does anyone know if there is anything like that in the Phoenix area? If not, who would you recommend for the lowest prices but still high quality?
