Green Dragon, couple of questions..

Hey,

Thanks in advance for any tips and info.

• Is it best to use bud only in Green Dragon or can you use sugar leaves too?
• My highest available alcohol is 80% (160 proof US), are there any tips or tricks to using this low percentage or is it high enough?

I'm not really bothered about taste, I really need the best possible tincture for chronic pain.

You can make green dragon from trim, though I recommend brown dragon.

160 proof will extract the concentrates, but will include more water solubles.

You can reduce that somewhat if you use QWET for your extraction.

Yes & yes.
Decarb your weed first & into freezer
Put the alcohol in the freezer for a day or so.
Use a sealable container, throw in the weed & cover with the liquor, agitate and into the freezer.
Shake once in a while, store in freezer for 2 weeks or longer.
Strain & filter, you're ready to go.

Glad that taste doesn't matter because it taste like shit.

A small dose in your coffee taste fine

I used trim baked it stored in my room.got the green color. 1 shotglass makes you feel slight drunk/high but as guy above said tastes bad,unless you like leafs.

Are you talking about Green Dragon from Lucky13? If so the one I grew this summer grew out largely as Green Crack with no Peanut Butter Herijuana smell/ taste I could notice. I think the PBH was what would have added the pain relief. She was an incredible plant though.

Regardless the strongest tincture you'll get is from buds. Sugar leaves should be good though. I've never used alcohol as a base or needed for pain so I can't give any advice there.

Nice plant, wrong green dragon tho. Last time I made rso, the container fell over into the water bath. I quoted Carl Winslow. "3,2,1... 1,2,3... what the f is bothering me"
Then I launched the pot into the back yard while I collected myself
