So Canada just re did the medical majuwanna program and now there not allowed to grow it just buy it from dispenserys because the system was open for abuse so now they are regulating it like alcohol etc won't be long before we go that route as well but I really hope not what do you guys think just read this in high times this month

Highly doubtful. I don't think there's much we really followed Canada into. No offense out there to our neighbors to the North. And the system itself is abuse in practice.

Right but we all kno its OK for the gov to abuse the system and punish anyone else that does the same thing really hope it doesn't but with so many gray areas I think it will happing sooner then later but that's just my opinion

You're not paying attention, then. SCOTUS just refused to hear the case of two states (Oklahoma and Nebraska) who alleged that Colorado was criminally liable because their residents were bringing marijuana in from Colorado. Times are changing for the better.

The government is slowly but surely coming to a rolling stop in their Prohibitionist stance on marijuana. Things really are looking up.

Even when its legal in your state the city or county can ban recreational sales within its limits. Cant even smoke it in a pubic place because its still a crime. Guess it depends on the state you live in with whatever laws it wrote into legislation.

I believe medical patients in PA have patient protection from employers and the public hardwritten into the legislature that's nearly signed.
I agree with that and it should be nationwide. Just like in the legal states that a employer can still fire you for consuming it off the job its bullshit in my opinion. If its legal what you do on your own time should be your business.

The law's in the US for the legalization of marijuana are no where near complete. It is a test. Hopefully colorado will work out all its kinks so that the rest of the states can follow. But as of 2016 legal weed in colorado is heavily regulated. Once they relax a bit, hopefully the other states will follow.

I 100% agree with you... Hopefully the marijuana laws will benefit the everyday cannabis user and not just the every once in a while user..
