Growers choice seeds is a scam

Bought 3 seeds and only two germinated. I followed their instructions to the T.
I asked for a replacement and here’s their response:
"We cannot replace single failed seeds – the guarantee pertains to two (2) or more non-viable cannabis seeds that still meet the less than 90% requirement." For example: 8/10germinate: 80%; this order is eligible for the guarantee. 2/3 germinate: 66%; even though this is below the 90% success ratio, because it's only one seed, this order is not eligible.
so, in essence they can send a dud and get away with it. They suck and find somewhere else to buy your seeds!

I'm currently waiting for 3 ea Durban Poison seeds form GC. If I get only 2 out of 3 it won't break my heart as I'm not sure I have room for three in my minimalist grow (2'x3'x 4' hi) 100 watt LED. *I ordered last week and they entered the USPS system, I expect them Mon-Tues??

Every experienced grower I know has germination procedures committed to memory so needing to follow seed bank instructions indicates you're probably a newer grower. Nothing wrong with that, but realize not every viable appearing seed will germinate - it's a simple fact and to expect a bank to replace a single dud is not reasonable on your part. Most seed banks do not guarantee germination at all due to what I mentioned above and that many people make mistakes so this can also be a causative factor as well.

I've ordered twice from them as they are close by my house. The First, Northern Lights Auto, grew fine but the smoke was pitiful, may have been my poor cure, but it was weak from the get go.
The Second order I referenced above, Durban Poison Autos, I received slowly and of the three seeds only one grew. It's taken 10 weeks from germ for her to reach 17" and start to flower.
I'm not impressed with GC's genetics at all.
