Hi everyone! The Fertigation Manager is our signature product, but we also have a few other products you might be interested in. One in particular is our drip rings. If you have been considering or using Hydro Halos or Floraflex products to top feed your plants, check out our drip rings. They do a better job at evenly dispersing your water or nutrient solution than other products, and they come at a lower price point!

Interesting, but those wooden support sticks would decompose pretty fast in my organic soil. It's amazing how fast the microbes can break down wood. I would think plastic might be better. Just my 2 cents.

I like the concept, but it seems that you would need a high pressure system, and a timer which operates on very short intervals. I just use regular pressure compensating drip emitters (4x per plant) and a cheap 270gpm aquarium pump to cover 4 plants (16 total emitters). I think if I was to add your rings to my system, I would get very uneven flow.

Hey, thanks for the feedback! If degradation of the wood stakes is a concern, we would be happy to include extras. Personally, in my coco grows, the stakes have held up fine. As for your comments @PJ Diaz , by no means am I saying these will work in every situation. Just like the Hydro Halos and Floraflex products, it's up to the installer to determine if these are suitable for your particular irrigation setup. Each drip rings needs 1,500 ml/minute to do it's job well. That equates to 23.77 gal/hr. Multiply that by 4 plants and you get 95 gal/hr. If your pump is truly 270 gal/hr (you said gpm, but I'm guessing you meant to say gph), then these drip rings would work for you. The problem is most cheap pumps exaggerate their flow ability. Even if your pump was moving half the amount it claimed, these drip rings would still work. Keep the comments coming guys, I like to know your concerns/thoughts!

That's good to know! I might consider upgrading my pump, because truth be told I have had it a very long time. Yes, I did mean GPH, thanks for catching that, and you are right that it is likely overrated. Also I think the fact that the head of the pump is reduced from 3/4" to 1/4" also restricts pressure and flow (but that's just a guess on my part really). It might be worth it for me to upgrade my pump a bit, and come out it with 1/2" line and then extend 1/4" lines off that to each ring. My current system works fine for me needs, but always looking to improve, and I do like the look of your drip rings.

Reducing from 3/4" to 1/4" will increase the pressure, but restrict flow.

Some people have to veg their plants 6-8 months to get them healthy enough to flower

Looking at the ones you sent with my kit they look like just skewers correct?

I bought the simple deluxe 400 GPH. 15ft cord, 3 prong, $30 US.

I am liking these rings. I will definitely be buying some.
