Growth after strech Questions. Lights?

Hey! It's my first gorw and my plant finished the flowering "strech" it seems like a week - 2 weeks ago.

I decided to move my plant from my indoor set-up to the yard during the day so it can get some nice sun light since yesterday. I noticed it started growing or "streching" upwards since i placed it in the sun significantly.

What i am trying to figure out is if my plant needs more light then the bulbs are providing.
While it was under bulbs i noticed the colas get a litte fatter but not taller and on the sun i noticed the colas and branches get taller.

I have 2 bulbs about 6 inches from the plant and a normal Cri bulb for a total of 3

Thank you!

If that's all you have for indoor light they're probably loving it out there in the sun and telling you wanting to give you more.

@seymour b is right. When you have a grow room with other plants in it you should never bring outdoor plants in or pest will explode in there. When out working in the yard you should change clothes and especially socks before going into the grow space. And no damn pets in there either!

Get mites once and you'll wish you never did.

Looks like 9 watt bulbs. No where near enough light indoors.
