Had MMAR License Was Arrested

@Craigson In the last 2 months I've definitely noticed more talk on the forums, news, friends etc regarding plant counts.

I noticed CanadaMOMS got shut down but a new one, with a loop hole which only allowed reviews of MOMS, popped up. I heard of one other MOM being busted based out of BC but it got busted because some guys ex-girlfriend got them busted... this one was on the news. There's probably 100 MOMS online and so far I've heard of 2 being busted. I'm not sure if the majority of the big bust are hitting the news. I read the paper and watch the news daily. I'm not seeing/hearing of any bust like you use to just a few years ago.

I know in BC its not happening or hasn't started yet. I know a few guys with 95g a day licenses, most of them have them that large because for a few hundred more they get a huge script. Most of those guys are growing less than 200 even though they are allowed 400+... no one has gotten an inspection.

Dropping plant counts are the only way they can put a dent in the illegal activity. Its unfortunate for the legit guys, fully compliant who just like growing a bunch of small plants. They're just so many clinics pumping out literally 100's of scrips a month to inspect all the license with big numbers.

Definitly some changes in the near future with the Cannabis Act formal review Oct 2021 and some type of Farm-to-sale system rolling out in 2022...

The 150 gram limit that you guys are quoting refers to the amount of dried weed you can have in your possession when in public. It does not impact what you can legally have in your house as a Medical permit holder from Health Canada......you have the same rights as everybody elese - there are no limits whatsover on what you can possess at home.

The limits are on the health canada website.

Based on the grams per day count you have with a grow script...It is on the script too.

If your script is >=5 grams a day you can carry 150 grams on your person (MAX CARRY LIMIT)

The last 2 times I got searched they went off the MMAR possession limit. The lady cop say's " What? that's a lot to carry around, something seems not right about that, " I said "I got the corrupt Dr. you probably heard of him before?" My carry is 2.2 pounds.

I forgot there was legal action that did increase that carry limit for the big counts. Because if you need 20 grams a day and are travelling for a month you should be able to carry your meds.
And not have to buy gov schwill schwagg.

Why is it when i had that script and you talk to those LPS i see Mr Burns rubbings his hands saying 'Excellent'

But it isnt.

I love growing my own.

i have hired Jack Lloyd to help with the 150 g challenge. i should be filing the paperwork to the Supreme Court soon. this is a winnable challenge in my opinion
