So wash the buds and do a cup per 5 gallons like he did …..or is the lemon juice and baking soda also needed ….? Please and thanks

I like to use a citric acid based cleaner like Dr Zymes Eliminator in the first bath, H2O2 IN THE second bath and clear water in the third.

Kenny you can buy some citric acid at the grocery store in powder form, just mix it with water.

If all you have access to is H2O2 then mix with warm water to speed up the wash.

Definitely use H2O2 in your first bath, and baking soda on the second, clear water on the third rinse.

.

Dr Zymes recommends a 15 minute first bath, less time for the third.

I think you may have bud rot and there is nothing you can do about it. Sorry man when you see dead leaves in your buds you must inspect right away cut the cut to rot off then harvest right away if not you will lose the rest. Then when drying you must be very careful. When one bud has rot it's very likely some of the others will have it to and it will ruin your buds if put in the same containers. Take more of the bud that has rot just to be sure you got it all. I have lost more to bud rot than any thing else. Sorry about your loss

You have to be careful, when you let all those sugar leafs and fan leafs die and dry up inside the bud your making a perfect environment for mold. Plant should stay healthy to the end, maybe with a slight fade to light green barely yellow as your rob N to push more p and k the last weeks

Lots of experience. When the leaves die and stop transpiring, they will begin to rot on the inside of the bud where there is no air flow often right near or in at stalk and once that starts there is nothing you can do but remove the bud or it will spread and ruin everything. Sometimes you can't see it clearly until you have lots of experience with it. Your bud has been exposed to the spores I can tell by the hairs and the dead leaves on the bud. If you really want to tell smoke it and you will have a harsh smoke that give you a sore throat. Most people never understand why their bud is harsh this is one of the major factors. This is why BHO was invented.
