Harvesting soon... trimmer help

I am looking at trimmers such as the ipower bowl trimmer, risentek x-1 machine trimmer, magic trimmer, etc.

Have quite a lot to trim and should be roughly 10lbs dry so do not want to manually trim this.

For all the folks out there not manually trimming what do you use and like? What are you thoughts on the items I mentioned.

I dont mind trimming too much. I'll trim 9 plants over the course of 3 evenings. I just sit there with a bin bag on my lap and use spring loaded scissors.

Those machines will do an ok job... lots easier but only worth it if you have 30 plus plants

We use tumblers at work before the flower gets to us then it’s hand trimmed. So if you think your gonna get away with just running the tumbler You won’t be happy. But it takes of loads of work off if you want tightly and properly trimmed bud.

At home I use a centurion table top pro. Big grow centurion mini.

What do you use? Centurion does a good job. Leaves a bit of leaf on like I like. I don't like over manicured bud.

Do you see a difference in quality trim tabletop vs mini? The mini has 11 blades vs 7. Should be much faster. Also, do you have the hybrid tumbler? I'm wondering if I should upgrade to hybrid tumbler... :)

Thanks for your feedback!

I hate trimming lol.
I took down 4 plants a couple of weeks ago. Wet trimmed. Done all the fan leaves first. Then 3 hours per plant over 4 nights.
12 - 3am. Slow or what....? Lol

Tbh... people complain about my trim job... I just tell them to trip it themselves! Lol

I just did a dry trim and it was way easier than wet... when I cut the plants I cut the centre shoots out so the buds dont touch and I left all the leaves on... I dried in about 14 days. Perfect!

I use a twister t4, works really well. On wet bud it's gets in close, using the dry tumbler is comparable to hand trim but u lose a lot more and it tends to make.big buds into small buds

Short attention span -- I do everything in phases, can't sit down for hours at a time.
Currently, not even harvesting a pound at once; perpetual bloom, so harvest like 1-3 plants per week.
Six scissors sitting in alcohol keeps it moving.
But I do like the bowls below. Are they dumb?
Assuming, first pass with bowl trimmer and then finish by hand.
Prefer hand crank instead of motorized to control rpm.

Twister T4 looks amazing but is way out of my price range.

[should've looked at how old this post is.]

I have enough to warrant renting a machine trimmer from a local hydro store and by gosh it did amazing. Best money I ever spent.

I just pay friends in weed to trim it for me, if they suck I don't call them back if they're good they get a free half or oz every couple months. Personally I've just had bad experiences with a couple different trimmers and just prefer to have it done by hand now.

We used to give an ounce a night of trimming per person. Quality depended on their trim quality. Lol. Don't you just hate when your sitting there looking at lbs on lbs of weed, and your buddy's sitting there trimming one bud in like 30mins.....after you've done about 6, he finished his one then marvels at it as if he just trimmed the finest bud in all of mankind and showing you as if you've never seen weed before..... Errrg that used to drive me wild. Still gave em an ounce for the night but ya when they call the next day for more work it's like yaaaa no. We got it covered thanks though
