Has anyone had a good experience from indoorgrowingcanada.com in the last year?

My last order in October took over a month to ship as an item was backordered. They only reason it shipped was I sent an email saying I seen an Item I ordered is now backordered and more expensive. I asked if that was problem and if it was could you refund the 7.99 back ordered item and ship it. I believe if I didn't email them it would have been weeks more.
I've been watching their Instagram account and see a lot of negative comments about orders never shipped being deleted too.

They seem to have lost PayPal as a payment option and that's never a good sign.

The ratings on trust pilot have got to shit too.

I'm curios if anyone has ordered lately and their experances?

I'm asking as I'm updating the Canadian Suppliers list soon,

Cheers

Pretty sure that’s the place that shipped me 3 gallons of the wrong nutrients, then expected me to pay shipping back if I wanted to correct it.

Funny thing is 95% of my sales are From Onatrio, Quebec and Atlantic provinces and some from Alberta. Maybe 2% from BC. That sucks as its hard to do lower shipping costs as its so expensive to ship in Canada. Even with the CP 4 tirers which I'm on the 3rd tier you get fuck all on savings, maybe 10-15% max not the BS up to 50% off they claim.

Hey, i bought a full hydro system from them. Expensive. I bought the full hydrofarm active aqua system with 7 gallon controller plus an addition 12 - 5 gallon sites. First warning, they ship with DAY AND ROSS. IF you order to a residential address they will NEVER deliver to you unless they can call you a day in advance to confirm you will be home. After a month it finally arrived, missing all the 3/4 inch fittings so I eventually got to talk to someone at hydrofarm (got great advice about how hydrofarm uses this system in their grow labs) and he sent out all the connectors i needed. I will say though, after 2 months of waiting i got an amazing hydro system together

i know this is a month old but indoorgrowing canada has been on the decline. i used to order from them before and it wasnt fast but it was acceptable. just waited a month for my order. placed april 5 just got it. came with 2 micro instead of micro and bloom i ordered. after numerous emails and chat msgs with no response i called and left a msg and they emailed me back a few hours later saying it was a mistake keep the micro and theyll ship a bloom out free. the tracking also didnt update and had a pkg on my step on mon instead of wed like it said.
before i had spoiled products twice.
i tend to.try to order stuff i dont need right away from them so its not a big deal to wait
@AquaTerra im gona give you guys a try heard good things so far.

I can't comment on other stores business as never dealt with them but I knew things were going to go weird especially with customers expectations when a lot of the stores list almost everything from the 4-5 major Canadian hydro wholesalers and its just not financially possible to stock that much especially when those wholesalers themselves don't have 1/3 of the products on hand 1/2 of the time. If someone was to stock all those items it would be millions in stock for a tiny industry vs what this industry was in early 2000 and late 90's where weed was $3000-3500/lb and even the shittiest stuff would be gone in two days.

Even though I've been saying for a few months I'm gonna revamp my store for mostly DIY stuff and powdered/cheap nutrients, so I'm not fighting with the other 50 online stores for the same products.

I bought a TrimPro Rotor Workstation from indoor growing canada last September to help me on my outdoor harvest. I got my order first rejected by my credit card company and had to let them know of the purchase. Great thing is that igc sent me a 10% off coupon to try and get my money. Which it did, I saved and got my order in like 2 days after I placed it.

I did a big order with them 2-3K in November and they're total complete garbage to deal with. Took them weeks to ship out snd even after they shipped out they were useless in post sale support. Brand new 12" carbon filter came dented after fedex held in their warehouse for two weeks. And it's somehow my problem.

Anyways fuck them. Hate those stupid fucks.
