long story everything was growing fine about 4 days after it sprouted i found that the rockwool wasnt drying out andnshe seemed overwatered. so i fixed that issue snd everyhing seemed great she perked up and was good
then suring a bucket change(brown algae) ahe was drooping cleaned everything seemed ok but a little droopy. now the roots are healthy white my water level was about 2.5in below netpot because i have a crazy bubbles. so i raised it to the bottom of the netpot. pulled media out i have heakthy fuzzy white roots pouring out of the rockwool but it was bone dry so i top fed. shes still drooping what am i doin wrong

I would personally keep the water an inch or 2 below the pot instead of at the pot and make sure your airstone is directly underneath the pot. As long as the roots coming out of the pot arent drying I wouldnt even worry about the topside. What kind of light are you using?

agree with above 2 inches below net pot and roots will grow looking for the water, also the bubbles bursting will provide enough water until roots are sitting in water.

the roots need to be in the water

Roots dont HAVE to be in the water at this stage... let them search for water as it promotes stronger roots. For example this is my 2 week old skywalker triangle kush. You can see in the photo my water level from the bottom of the pot, it's been that way since before any roots came out of the bottom. My EC is about 1.2 or 1200, using Jack's 321. I have plenty of bubbles to keep the air space above the water very humid and moist, yes I said it. If you note the roots have water droplets all over them. Once the mass is large I will maintain about 3in of gap from the bottom, and keep the airstone right underneath. Big root mass is my current flowering plant. I personally like to not restrict the plant so I run 9 gallons of water in an 18gal tote. The root mass is huge and has plenty more room to grow.

Also not sure what brand of light you are using or the specs. Looks to be LED. Put that sucker 18 to 24in above the plant. In the photo it looks high up. Make sure fan is not constantly blowing directly at it, and is raise the ec up to 1.0. IMO

These are things that I would do in your situation. You dont have to listen to me, I'm not a professional by any means, but the methods I've been doing have proven good results.

I also keep my net-baskets about an inch above the solution.
I use a 6" netlid with an inch of hydroton in the basket and then a 4x4x2.5 grodan cube.
I top feed until I get roots hanging in solution and then NEVER top feed again.
I find that this gives me a more secure connection to the basket rather than just using hydroton.

the bone dry fuzy roots sound like air roots to me. if they were air roots u don't want to get them wet. shouldn't be a problem tho if u have crazy bubbles.
