Have you guys had dealings with this company Haze.io for beans - if so what are your views on them - had any issues ?
Not impressed by customer service, also there payment system and there ordering system is antiquated , may give them another go as they have some great strains but pretty pissed off ..Maybe having a winge but now I have to place orders elsewhere as been let down and very low on quality beans..... Happy to give companies and people a go as things are hard out there at the moment- but customer service and communication goes a long way to loyal customers and feed back.. detailed info bit of a double up

Placed order, tried to pay, issues with there payment system ( would not accept cards in any form) contacted customer service regarding this( still waiting reply to this ) , in the mean time receive an email (approx 1 1/2 weeks later)with order details and saying it was dispatched ( still not paid for order )- approx 1 later I asked if they dispatched this order as per there email- then 1 week(approx)later receive another email saying they are waiting for stock to arrive-- still not paid for order - this goes back to Aug 10 (order placed ), Sept 3 rd waiting for stock and no contact ..
