Personal Medical License Holders – Be heard!



Health Canada is seeking public consultation on the draft Guidance on Personal Production of Cannabis for Medical Purposes.



“The Draft Guidance Document and information on how to participate can be found here: https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/programs/consultation-guidance-personal-production-cannabis-medical-purposes.html

The consultation will be available online for 60-days. All submissions must be received by May 7, 2021. The feedback received will be taken into consideration before publishing the final guidance document.”

I filled out the questionaire...........and ranted about my dealings with the fine folks at Health Canada. I received my first permits in 2009 and vented about the twists and turns that brought us to this point. I have no respect for Health Canada, the Medical Marijuana programme in general and certainly not for the Liberal Party of Canada and it's golden handshake to trudeau's good buddies who are running the LP shitshow. I am 66 years old. I have grown my own weed for 12 years under the Health Canada permits. Grew my own weed for about 30 years or so before that. And fully expect to grow right up until the day that my tired old body cannot do it anymore. Piss on Health Canada.

They already have a draft guidance document! Had to post the link, haven't read it yet for the salient points...ok a quick review shows if you are even suspected of selling they could deny your renewal or license.

I filled it out and let them know they do not have the legal authority to deny a license or refuse a license renewal unless the patient has been convicted in a court of law. This draft document basically says anyone suspected can be denied. They are talking about "links" to organized crime which could be a friend you grew up with unrelated to cannabis? This is not constitutional.

It's the beginning of a witch hunt to recoup lost taxes. They've got this idea that the government weed is somehow safe and safer .....morons.
This quote from the paper say's it all. This is the kind of weed they want you to use. Plus it gives them a nice tax boost as well. They must think they died and are in hypocrit heaven. You want this kind of weed?

You seem smart enough to know....they have zero plans for fairness. It's about control and nothing more. They figure they own cannabis now. They already have the agenda figured out. We knew this type of scum would fall into that.

WE HAVE NOBODY FIGHTING FOR US ANYMORE.

Well, we have the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, which somewhat clearly state that they cannot simply abridge one's rights (especially at the medical level) due to associations....this shit will never fly.

Well I'm of little to zero faith when it comes to trusting the Gov. They have the general public convinced of a few things.
List one.
1: That weed is widely available now so the BM is not needed and therefore nothing but criminals who need caught.
2: You can grow your own now.....so no need for a dealer.
3: Gov weed safe...BM weed kills.
4: justine saved the day. Some folks actually think that.
5: Taxes lost to the BM are killing babies (exaggerated) and stealing from us all....wow as me
6: The BM laces weed with even more expensive drugs. Then sells it at a loss. To hook the kids.
7: The Hippy should be leader of the country......

List one for medical patients
1. No one is the arbiter or final decider of my medical needs except me....
2. The onerus requirement to get a script for those that require more than 4 plants for medical issues, is juxtaposed with the fact that the plant in question is legal.
3. Agree, people are dumb but as more and more home grow, myths go out the window..

Buddy why do you think the sound of your reign is electromagnetic pulse aka EMP. Our license to exist is about to expire, lol. Who needs a license to live..
