How close is your light? And what kind of light are you using? Do you let soil dry out before watering?

It looks fine - tiny little bit of heat stress, could be a bit overwatered, or it could be sleeping. just be patient and continue on as normal.

Im using a 1200 luma i have it at about a metre high and dimmed right down to about a quater probably less i usually do wait till soil drys before i water but i think my gf panicked and flooded them but they seem to be coming back right
Could the light be too close to them or too high i started them under a dual fluro tube light and had no problems

I think so. My plants that have done this have always grown out of it. I'd really be interested in hearing from someone with more experience though. Maybe we're doing something wrong to get that new darker growth.

mine have outgrown this but still interested to find out if i done something wrong now im having a problem finding the right amount to water to each plant ive noticed some a drinking more than others i just want to make sure because ive seen multiple sources say never let you coco dry but then some people are saying let it dry to bone dry before watering till plants fill in the pot abit more then others saying always water for 10% runoff and you cant over water coco so here ive tested the two in front i didnt let dry and the 2 in the back i have been letting get fully dry ontop before watering and these are the results over the last 3 days so assume the two in front are over watered ? the 3 smaller buckets are just average soil on a every second day watering schedule i currently have my light dimmed too 25k lux and about a meter above canopy , is there anything i could be doing better open to any advice this is my first time , ive also noticed the tips of the leaves slightly hooking down
they are also being fed canna coco a+b silika magic cal/mag and ph balanced water
all at half dose of recommended feed cheers guys

I top relative to the branches I want generally I'll take the tip out or fim it after the 6/8th branch.
I good alternative is to leave the tip just tie/tape it over, the bottom photo is perfect for tying down onto the pot rim, imho you get more compact plants.

I mean nodes/arms, if you want 6, 10 or 20 tops you cut it when there's the number you want, it's relative to the plant size I'm growing, if i want bigger I'll let them grow more nodes before tying, I don't actually top them anymore I tie them over or fim now for the same result and less stretch.
