Help...cannot get rid of spidermites

I have had this problem for the past 2 and a half weeks. My crop is in final 4 weeks...
I am growing indoor, in a tent, organic
I been going to the hydro store and buying mighty wash and liquid lady bug and been spraying every 3 days as soon as the lights come off, and yes I get under the leaves of each plant, and stem and top of leaves....

But for some reason I just cannot get rid of them. I put a leaf under the microscope yesterday after having sprayed them down the previous night and saw a spider mite run by.....

Please can someone help me, what do you guys do when you get spidermites?

Spider mites:

Spider mites are by far the worst pest to have, because they are the hardest to kill and can literally kill any plant. They are by far more active in warmer climates than cold ones, they also suck sup from the leaves leaving tiny white spots on the leaves from where they suck on. The damage they do is just like thrips, but with spider mites they pierce the surface of the leaves and can show tiny holes or white speckling damage, unlike with thirps they eat the surface of the chlorophyll. You can tell when you have infestation of spider mites , because you will have distorted growth, shortened internodes and petioles.

When you have bad infestation you will see webbing with larva in them. You get spider mites from either store bought soil mostly when your soil is not sterilized. Most brands do not state weather or not they are, chances are if you buy cheap soil, you have a less likely chance of the soil being sterile. Also, bringing outdoor plants indoors, or getting plants from someone else who was infected with spidermites.
Spider mites live on the plant itself and are under the leaves most of the time and are usually are so tiny you can’t see them with the naked eye. In order to get rid of spider mites one of the best ways to start to get rid of them is to use NO-Pest strips.NO-Pest strips work well and should always be used with other methods. Neem oil helps get rid of them as well. Also by raising the humidity in your grow room a lot will kill the spider mites off, by them absorbing to much humidity and will burst. You can use soap solution like Safer Insecticidal Soap to get rid of most aphid problems. Use some tobacco juice and chili pepper powder added to this for mites. (see below how to make tabacco juice)
Pyrethrum should only be used in extreme circumstances directly on plants, It starts to breaks down around a week and is easily washed away with clear water or. If your plants are in flowering and you have spider mites, using safer chemicals is your best bet. The tobacco and pepper soap solution works well and should be used daily, spraying on the underside and top leaves and later the whole plant. Since spider mites are very residual to common products, you have to find or try any number of ones untill you get rid of them. make absolutly sure you retreat as stated, other wise you will get resistant spidermites and then you have a bigger battle on your hands. Also do not allow pets that go outside alot to be around indoor plants, mites have been known to be carried in from pets to plants. PLEASE NOTE, below are ways to get rid of spider mites, but no 2 mite infestations are identical, you almost always have to use different products to get rid of them, also make a habit to check for at least a whole month after thinking you got rid of them, that way your chances of the spider mites that became resistant breeding and then having a bigger problem. Make sure you spray your plant down very good and enough and on time.

I used mighty wash and am sold on its effectiveness. One thing that I picked up on about it that may have caused it to not work in your case is in the spraying unit that you use. I have heard ( not verified by trial and error ) is that if your spray nozzel has a metal tip to it as is that case in most spray units, the metal somehow will nulify the electrical charge in the mighty wash. I cant verify this as I use a hand held pump spayer with no metal present and have been succesful in killing them.

However, Mighty wash has absolutely no deterent value to spider mites. That is they do not prevent any re-infestation. It only kills those that come into direct contact with it, at the time it is sprayed. So what I do is just to keep an eye out every day on any signs of the little snots and blast them whenever I see them. I know I will probebly never entirely get rid of them, but at least I can minimize their population and the damage they cause.

I do use chemical warfar on them in the early life of the plants, well befor budding, but never after buds appear on my plants. Befor any plant goes into the flower room I use Avid on them to try and keep any mites from infecting the flowering plants.

Its a daily battle. But I am sold on Mighty Wash as a treatment.

remove any infected leaves including ones with eggs. its late enough in flower to do so without ruining the final product. this will however rob the plant of any stored food in those leaves so watch for deficiency. next take plants out of tent if u havent and spray the entire tent down with an insecticide soap and wipe all surfaces clean. then treat every 3 days with any of the above mentioned organic products ( i prefer organicide as it killsbeggs and is a moldacide as well as a foilar feed). possibly avid if u have a 9 week or more flower cycle as its only last 23-30 days. repeat the cleaning process every week until u killem all. not a bad idea to create a isolation chamber for new clones as well. treat every plant u bring to the garden as if it had mites. and oz of prevention goes along way.

Spider mites are evolving and becoming completley resistant to pesticides. And in you grow the population is isolated and your exposing them to more and more pesticides so your just making them stronger at this point.

At this point so close to harvest you really shouldn't be using anything on there. I would suggest a double order of preditory mites or lady bugs. But if you cna get them the preditory mite would be your answer. Get a double sized order and just dump them all in there on your plants and hope all the pesticide residue doesn't just kill the preditors.

I would tear down and start over. Buy a few dr doom bombs and wait it out a few weeks. Clean your tent and give it another go.

Ok I had the same issue 6 months ago! 4 weeks til harvest and infested, After alot of research i was about to tear down and start new. I ended up trying mighty wash and hot shot no pest strips. I first used a shop vac and vacced all plants top to bottom, the soaked them down with mighty wash. make sure to get underside of leaves. soak the top of your pots and containers. I also sprayed down everthing in all rooms with mighty wash. I left a pest strip in room for a week then removed! 2 weeks later i repeated the whole process again! I will place a not pest strip in all rooms for 1 day a week! It takes alot of mighty wash but well worth it. since then i have not seen or suspected any infestation! Look luck and Bsafe

To get rid spider-mites the best option is use insect killing spray which does not affect or poisoned the crops.
Mostly when crops are ready the chances of be poisoned are low and spray can be effective.

With any pesticide/miticide use EZ wet as a wetting agent as it kills mites on contact and is great wetting agent derived from kelp. Forbid 4F is a solution if nothing else (organic) is working. .5-1.0ml per gallon. Treat 1-2 times and NEVER see them again. Mighty wash works, but it needs to be applied over and over again as it is not systemic. Forbid is systemic, but if you are past week 3 of flower, DO NOT USE IT, as it is systemic. After week three of flower Mighty Wash will shine. Azamax is a non toxic organic product that works great as a preventative, and if applied every 5 days for two week will eliminate spider mites. The key to getting rid of spider mites has a lot to do with your spray coverage. If you are a serious grower I would recommend using an atomizer/fogger. If you do not have an atomizer or fogger, and you use a product like Mighty wash or SNS or Azamax (non systemic) and you miss ONE LEAF on the plant..../.You will see those little fuckers ALL OVER AGAIN. Coverage with your spray is super important, so if you have the money buy an atomizer/fogger too. I have helped tons of friends get rid of mites, and I have spent tons of money from every pesticide-synthetic/organic, and even predatory mites (which don't really work...for most people).

And after you do all that stated above and the mites are still there you just keep at it. I got my mite population down to a level that doesn't destroy my plants but they are still there and I have to keep it under control. I have tried all the expensive wonder cures and have found that Neem works best for me. A good soaking about every 3-4 days in veg and right up to week 3 of flower then I don't spray anymore.

Since I'm using Neem at under $20 for a pint I think. I can afford to mix up a gallon and spray the fuck out of em without feeling my wallet shrink.
