I know you don't want to hear it, but it looks like overwatering to me. The puffy/curling leaves are a pretty solid giveaway. Sometimes it's hard to get your medium to dry out fast enough. It's a struggle! Let them dry out really well and also keep an eye on your humidity. I've had plants do this in high humidity situations as well.

I dont think that its over water because i am in fabric pots and i always check the soil with my fingers before i water. I dont follow a set schedule like every 3 or 4 days. This is my only plant that is droopy and my humidity is honestly really low...

Use the weight to judge when to water bro. However the new growth does look a little funky, and I see a couple of leaf blades canoeing.. That would make me think it's too hot, but your stats above toss that out the window.

I recently switched from Mars hydro ts600 to viparspectra xs2000 i turned it up to 100% the same time i watered last im leaning there honestly. There was no air movement on that side so i also rearrange my fans hopefully that fixes the issue...going to start lifting the pots too

You can definitely still overwater in fabric pots. The pot alone isn't going to save you from that. It may just be that the plants aren't drinking water fast enough to put the soil mass through fast enough dry cycles. This happened to me this year on some young clones that I potted up into 5 gallon pots. They were under blurple LED's and they ran so cool that the soil just took way too long to dry out. I had to throw a heater in the room to get them to drink more so the pot would dry out every 3-5 days They looked exactly like yours. Those puffy leaves and funky growth are usually dead giveaways that your soil is staying too wet
