Help, leaf burn, don't know the cause

Hey guys,

I've been vegging this bagseed sativa dominant lady for 9 weeks, flipped to flowering about 5 days ago.
Micro grow(first) with CFL:
Veg: 3 x 23W 6500K = 69W
Flowering: 4 x 23W 2700K + 1 x 23W 6500K = 115W
LST, topped once + lights close to the plant. She grew short due to the weak veg light but turned out very bushy :D
Medium: DIY soil mix (peat moss, hummus, worm castings, perlite + mineral and organic fertilizers included in the bought soil)

Since it's a living organic-ish soil, I've been watering with plain spring water + 24h tap water on occasion and it's been doing great without any nutes or ph adjustments since the soil ph is around 6.0-6.5.
Two times i fed her with a very small amount of mineral fertilizer and that's when i first started seeing burnt leaf tips and upward curling. New growth seemed to be fine until i top dressed the soil with a thin layer of worm castings + used coffee grounds. After the watering, the top leaves that you see started yellowing on the edges and some of the older and newer leaves developed interveinal chlorosis along with the rusty edges.
New growth has thin blades and yellow/brown tips from the start.

I've looked around the internet for days and i don't know if it's nutrient burn, nutrient lockout due to ph offset, potassium excess, magnesium deificency, my head is a mess.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you fellow growers. :bigjoint:
