Help with identifying a strain from 90s(literal discription)

I have been through most of the larger seed banks with no luck locating a strain I've been searching for.
I had this strain couple dozen times through the 90s, early 2000s. It was a likely a sativa, very strong aroma of marigolds (this is the main identifying characteristic). I really enjoyed this strain, but can not identify what it was. I have suspected for along time it was possible pre-2000 Columbian Gold...
Is anyone familiar with this?

*First time I got some of this, I was positive someone had dried marigolds and threw them in a bag. Exact fragrance, with round(sativa-like buds) yellow stigmas, light green leaf.

Most varieties from that era have been used to make new ones. Tasted some Acapulco Gold one time that was real neat and gold tasting. Try greatlakesgenetics most things they sell are neat. There are places that will sell you that variety but they are poor quality due to inbreeding. Some guy in Diego named Kaufman says he has seeds like that but mine were riddled with Hermes. :bigjoint:

Thanks Smokingaway, I may be misleading. I'm not interested in Columbian Gold or Acapulco Gold, Acapulco Gold is quite available (quality another thing).

But I'm interested in a particular strain that had an overwhelming smell of marigolds. Came across it many times back when, but haven't since.. never knew the name of the strain..

I'm looking for a strain as well. co-worker grew it in the mid-late 90s. "afghanistan Dwarf" is what he said it was called. No clue about indica-sativa. Strong Hash smell. First bag with crystals left behind. Very sticky. Found a 6 month old bag that crumbled joint perfect and no cap on the high. I've looked at "Dwarf" strains but can't seem to find anything that matches. Any idea?

Thank you :)
