Hemp strain crossed with a 1 to 1 strain outcome?

I'm doing a bit of research but i can't find the answer. I would like to cross a hemp strain with a 1to1 or 50/50 (cbd/thc) strain to hopefully produce a strain with more cbd than thc but having more thc than a hemp strain of that makes sense. Is this possible? Would you pick the hemp fem or 1 to 1 fem to spray to develop pollen?

In the ty you will get 2 2 1 meaning two phenols from mon two phone from father and a pheno that is a mix more so of both from there you have a base to choose from to work towards your goal

Its totally possible, I gotta ask why not just buy some seeds for a varietal that is known to produce a ratio you want? There are many different cbd/thc varietals out there these days. And if you are starting with seeds you WILL HAVE TO HUNT FOR A PHENOTYPE that does what you want anyway.

I seemed to find high CBD and low THC, which I like, or 1:1 ratios in the 7% range. I do not recall any advertized with 3%THC and 6% CBD. I plan on doing the same, I have some plants of each and want to try crossing them. You could just grow both and then mix the weed, (now why did I not think of that until now?). But what would the fun be in that?

The seeds produced most likely will have a range of ratios, it is then for you to pick your poison and hopefully have cloned a branch to continue on the genetics.
