High Times stock worth buyen?

Its like a 15 mill a yr company, but there shady as hell’’ but they do know alot.. and it is kinda like a cornerstone in the weed game that you cant deny unless theres some kinda gamechanger commin i dunnu??

Seeing how they just got into the dispensary game in Cali, wouldn't be a bad idea if the stock is cheap enough.

I got 150 shares. Im pretty sure they should do better then $11 a stock

This Company sounds like a train wreck waiting to happen. Wonder how much the name high times will get in bankruptcy...

This stock is so shady it doesn’t even trade otc. More like hand to hand.

Invest in business operations. Not brand name.
If it was bought by another company and pieced out, what would the assets be?

Lol. What assets are left after all the debt they have taken out on their buying spree for weed compitions/cups. All cups have been cancelled because of covid so they must be cash flow fucked. Are these assets or now collateral...
And just to note, they don't even have audited financial statements to know how bad things are. It's ok though, they aren't listed on any exchange and want to raise cash by selling stock by email.
Maybe things have changed but I haven't checked for awhile.
