The Haze (fog) is a hybrid variety of cannabis sativa 100% more known and cultivated throughout the world. Its origins date back to the early 70 in the Santa Cruz, California (USA)

During this time two brothers, known as the "Haze Brothers," and crossed cultivated marijuana plants with seeds from the best imported sativa varieties that offered them his friend and neighbor Sam "The Skunkman".

It all started with the cross between a Sativa Landrace Mexico (pure strain) with another Landrace from Colombia. The following year the best females that emerged from this hybrid were crossed with a male from a variety Landrace South India. Finally, the selected females of this new hybridization were mixed with a male Landrace Thailand.

The Haze is then a 100% Sativa cross of marijuana plants from Mexico, Colombia, India and Thailand. At first the Haze was not very stable and had many variations, the best known of these was the famous "Purple Haze" predominantly Colombian, and that was the most powerful and beautiful in the market but at the same time also the most expensive.

Sam began working Skunkman The seeds of the Haze Brothers over several generations to get the Original Haze as we know it today. In the early 80's crossed the Atlantic and settled in Holland, where their seeds sold under the label of Cultivator's Choice.

The Haze has a strong aroma of spices, typical of this variety, with light hints of incense and sandalwood with citrus aftertaste from Thai genetics. Produces a powerful rush effect of psychedelic incredibly clear and energetic that lasts over time.

Being a 100% Sativa variety, it was difficult to cultivate indoors. The flowering time was very long (over 16 weeks) and the plants were growing rapidly, soon reaching a considerable size. The Haze is then crossed with indica varieties of marijuana to make it easier to grow indoors. Sam The Skunkman proposed several hybrids that are now in the catalog Seedsman, such as Haze / Skunk Haze or Indian.

A young Australian-Dutch called Neville Schoenmakers, then owner of the shop "The Seed Bank", currently Sensi Seed Bakn, recovered a pure Haze seeds. Selected two excellent male alos he called "A" and "C" and a female named "B" and raised several crosses with indica varieties. These Haze hybrids were launched with immediate success.
Haze varieties

Within the new hybrid of Haze, the most remarkable of all was the cross 5 x Haze Northern Light, which has won the first High Time Cannabis Cup in 1988. The NL # 5 was at that time the best female and this indica hybrid market, 50% Indica 50% Sativa, had a tremendous success, still today, a very appreciated.

Neville then created based on other varieties Haze Sensi, such as Silver Haze. Eventually he left to join Sensi Seeds, with his friend Shantibaba to Greenhouse Seeds. Sensi Seeds hybrids produced so many famous variety Haze as "Jack Herrer" in honor of the famous American activist (RIP).

For his part, began Shantibaba Neville and a selection of 1,000 NL # 5/Haze plants outdoors. They chose 2 magnificent females and crossed them with the same male Skunk / Haze to create the excellent varieties and Mango Haze Super Silver Haze. As Jack Herer, Super Silver Haze and Mango Haze are a mixture of genetic Haze, Skunk # 1 and NL # 5, the three best hybrids on the market.

The Super Silver Haze was a huge success and won the High Time Cannabis Cup in 1998 and 1999. Neville finally decided to create a hybrid with more dominance Haze and her best female cross NL # 5 x Haze "A" with the male Haze "C", producing the famous "Neville's Haze". This is a 75% Haze hybrid, not recommended for the novice smoker for their extreme psychedelic power.

Neville and Shantibaba GreenHouse Seeds left in 1998 to join Mr. Nice Seeds where they continued with the creation of new hybrid of Haze. After his departure GreenHouse also continued its work to create new hybrids Haze, as Arjan Haze # 1 / # 2 / # 3, Arjan Ultra Haze, Mist NL5/Haze, the Strawberry Haze or Super Lemon Haze.

The Ace Seeds Breeder with Cannabiogen, proposed to turn the creation of a very pure form of Haze, the Old Timer's Haze. This strain was never crossed with Indica, so is Haze 100% Sativa, with great genetic wealth. Within this range also include "Purple Haze".

Haze has won the name so famous that it has become a generic term to speak of hybrid varieties of Cannabis Sativa high quality, although not consistently contain Haze genetics.

The Haze represents the world of hybrids sativos, also demonstrating their full potential through several intersections. Today more than half of the "new" varieties of marijuana coming out to the market contain sap Haze. The strong effect of the brain and the spicy flavor of the Haze has made his fame grows and its many hybrids have allowed genetic cultivate this high quality interior.

Undoubtedly, the Haze endure over time as a safe bet for lovers of the great Sativa.

The roots of the Haze and Sam The Skunkman

Somehow, the least we can say is that Haze has a cloudy history. The consensus is that history places its roots in the work of the brothers Haze in central California to the late '60 's that the brothers grew many of the best sativas from seed imported and hybridized. Genes Colombian, Mexican, Thai and South India are included in the mix, although the brothers never worked their hybrids in a consistent line.Sam the Skunkman describes in a post of Icmag in 2007:
"Original Haze is the name given to a hybrid variety developed from (genetic) Colombian and Mexican, Thai and later adding the south of India. They were not very consistent, but the best were, in my opinion,Cannabis the best I've seen. Pure Sativa, with a flavor, aroma and buzz above the rest. "
Genetics Haze was released to the world public in the 1980's, Sam continued working Skunkman the genetics of the Haze brothers and led the Netherlands in 1984, and by entering the seed market. In the # 4 seed catalog, written by hand, from Cultivator's Choice in the autumn of 1985, published after his arrival in Holland, Sam notes com Haze # 10 in its list of ten varieties:
"Original Haze Sativa Pure (inbred)"
Sativa hybrid total but as inconsistent. Dramatic 10%, 75% good, 10% bad. Truly superior sweet taste. Buzz incredibly clear and energetic. Height 2-3 meters. Production 100-300 grams. Harvest in December (three months to flower quality). Not mature outdoors or in Holland or in Northern California. Haze is the personal favorite of Cultivator's Choice
At that time, Sam did not offer any Haze hybrid, however Haze does not respond very well indoors under lights, so it was inevitable to make hybrids that could be adapted to indoor growers to experience a part of Haze genetics.

Neville and hybridization of the Haze

While Sam is bringing a handful of the best American genetics to Holland, a young Australian called Neville Schoenmakers-Dutch was tired of earning dollars through his company The Seed Bank. Neville had put an ad in High Times in 1984 and immediately the envelopes stuffed with bills began arriving by the sackful. According to the article "Inside Cannabis Castle" by Steven Hager, High Times published in March 1987:
"Last year his company supplied seeds worth $ 500,000 to 15,000 American growers. If you have high quality marijuana sometime in the past three years, chances are that these buds come from the store Neville"
Neville collected as many seeds as he could from a myriad of origins and culture for parents to work with. Haze and seeds obtained from these three plants out called A, B and C. A and C were males, while B was female.
The controversy begins with Haze right now and we discuss the origin of the seeds of which Neville Haze took its three floors, the Skunkman Sam insists that Neville obtained Haze seeds to him, after his arrival in Holland, on the other hand, Neville told the story that got a guy from New York who had a collection of old seeds and those seeds came from the Haze brothers around 1969.
Sam Icmag the post on the 25 February 2008:
"It is absurd to say that got Neville Original Haze seeds of the brothers in 1969
# 1 Neville first traveled to America as early in the '86 or '87. Chief among the brethren, R, was gone, retired in Mexico since '82 and did not return in ten years. This was the one who created the Original Haze. The second brother Haze, J, left to raise her in 1980 and devoted himself to cultivating only Skunk # 1, until he became a Christian reconverso and left to plant, and anyway, I talked with him recently and told me never Neville had met, and that surely he had not sold Haze seeds to him or anyone, ever.
# 2 The Haze brothers clashed in the late '70s and stopped talking, I sure did not sell seeds as the Haze Brothers him or no, it's ridiculous at the same time impossible.
Let's be honest, it was I who gave the seeds to Neville, but he promised he would not sell pure and hazes as such. I said he could make hybrids with other varieties that were not mine.
He broke his word and began selling pure and hybrid hazes and stopped working with him.
Do you lied to avoid the problems associated break your word? I can not say, but I know that Neville did not know the brothers Haze or get seeds from them. Both brothers were good friends of mine and they were my close neighbors for years. J lived a few hundred meters from my house until he emigrated to Mexico
Sams "
So Sam says that the origin of the seeds of Neville's Haze and Neville says no, only Sam and Neville know the truth, so let the controversy and there's focus on the genetics of Haze own!
Neville had three plants that were called A, B and C. A and C were males, B was a female. The Haze B female was not an impressive looking plant or had a nice rush when smoked, so it went. The Haze A male had a pungent odor while the Haze C male had a point earthy Chocolate Thai style of smell and taste. It is believed that the male Colombian A is the dominant phenotype, with the C Thai.
In the catalog of The Seed Bank, 1988 Neville writes:
"The Haze is a sativa late American, widely agreed by experts as the best herb in the world. Very popular in the 70's, almost became extinct in the úñltimos years to change growers varieties easier. We managed to save a few viable seeds of the last American culture and we have used to produce some outstanding hybrids. The Haze is known for its extreme, almost psychedelic vertigo. In complex and deep fragrance with a floral perfume dry on a dark tone leather animal. When used as a hybrid adds fascinating notes of depth and complexity to the flavor, besides a unique addition to the buzz. Although not for everyone, the most experienced growers often find haze irresistible "
The same Sam created a number of hybrids with Haze Haze x Skunk # 1 and Haze Sativa x South India Kerala, being the two best known and sold by The Flying Dutchmen as Fuma Con Diablos and Haze Mist
Neville made a few crosses using two males Polysius Haze, crossed with the male clones HazeA Northern Lights # 5 female and a female HashPlant and Skunk # 1 (the # 17 seed). Also crossed the Haze C male with his female clone G13, another Hawaiian sativa and a Durban Sativa. Both hybrids of Hawaiian and Durban won the Cannabis Cup in category Pure Sativa, giving a chain of support for the pedigree of Haze C male crosses The hybrid of G13 x Haze C male appears in the catalog of The Seed Bank in 1989, but apparently not combined genetic too well and only seeds sold for a year. The HashPlant and Skunk hybrids were not never for sale, but the male X NL5 HazeA proved to be something special, and the original description of the catalog of The Seed Bank, 1989 I'm always a bit of laughter:

Haze x NL # 5

1989. Due to the tremendous public demand, we spent years researching a superior hybrid Sativa / Indica is suitable for the indoor cultivation but which retains the qualities of sativa in the rush. The Haze x NL # 5 is the result of that investigation. Please note: adverse effects were observed between smokers inexperienced, particularly if combined with alcohol. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, fainting and loss of bladder control and belly. Introsprectivo extreme behavior is considered a normal effect "
the Sensi Seed Bank catalog notes:
"This hybrid is the mainstay of the achievements in the world of cannabis breeding today. The result: an extremely potent plant with a great rush sativa. In the harvest festivals of the early nineties, this variety was well ahead of its competitors. this day failed to improve. The great production compensates for the flowering period slightly longer. Hybrid vigor provides for lush growth, heavy bud formation yresina abundant. A true champion! "
The lineage of NL # 5 x Haze A became the source of breeding plants that form the foundations of later Haze hybrids created by Neville and Shantibaba - SuperSilverHaze, Neville's Haze and Mango Haze.

The Cannabis Cup

While in Holland to meet Neville and writing the article "Inside Cannabis Castle", the editor of High Times Steven Hager also met Sam the Skunkman and took the idea of a Cannabis Cup after listening to Sam talk about festivals harvest that took place in California in the '70s. Held in 1988, the first Cannabis Cup was only an informal affair between four companies, The Neville Seed Bank, Sensi Seed Club of Ben Dronkers, Super Sativa Seed Club (SSSC) and Cultivatro's Choice (Sam the Skunkman). Sam won with Skunk # 1 but decided he was disenchanted with the idea of competition and retired them. Sam sold his genetics to Neville, Ben Rekedder Dronker and Eddy (who later founded The Flying Dutchmen Seed Company and The Cannabis College) thus ensuring that genes that he brought the United States would become the foundation of modern hybrids.
The same four companies contended the second Cannabis Cup next year and Neville with The Seed Bank won all the prizes using genetic bought Sam. Haze x South African Sativa Pure Sativa Cup winners and Early Pearl x Skunk # 1xNorthernLights # 5xHaze taking the Predominance Sativa Cup. The following year Neville repeated success with Haze x Hawaiian Sativa winning the Pura Cup and Northern Lights # 5 x Haze Sativa Cup Predominance. Northern Lights # 5 Pura Cup winning Indica.

Operation Green Merchant

The High Times article, especially the picture of Neville counting piles of dollars not only brought valuable publicity, but also the unpleasant attention as a DEA campaign against the hydroponic industry, shops and farmers growing cannabis. Operation Green Merchant began on October 26, 1989, the DEA, in coordination with other law enforcement agencies raided hidorponia stores in 46 states, arresting 119 people, seizing several thousand shops and cultivation of cannabis plants. Ray Boyd described the slaughter in an article published in issue 56 of Cannabis Culture magazine:
"Owners of stores and employees watched in horror as armed police razed their shops. In most cases, no charges were filed, but civil asset forfeitures stole millions of dollars worth of inventory of stores and personal. A magazine cenbtrada in growing grass, Sensimilla tips, went to ruin, and High Times spent years recovering from the loss of their most lucrative advertisers.
In 1991, DEA agents began sending subpoenas to owners of hydroponics stores, looking for customer addresses and other private information. The agents searched, interrogated and intimidated hundreds of people and organizations, including scientific and horticultural research facilities at NASA. Towards the end of 1991, Operation Green Merchant had arrested 1262 people, dismantled 977 indoor growing and seized 17.5 million in property assets.Dozens of people paid from 4 to 15 years in prison, many with mandatory minimums that did not allow reduction of sentence. "
The DEA arrested Neville with an Interpol warrant while visiting his family in Australia. After spending a year in jail, Neville jumped bail and fled back to Holland, where he could live without fear of being extraditasen to the United States, as his company had all the licenses from the Dutch government and there was broken any Dutch law.Neville sold the Cannabis Castle plant breeding and Ben Dronkers, who was the owner of the competition, Sensi Seed Club, and the new company was called Sensi Seed Bank. Neville continued to work for Sensi Seed Bank as a breeder and Northern Lights # 5 x Haze Sensi won awards at the Cannabis Cup in 1990, 1993 and 1996

Years of Greenhouse - SuperSilverHaze, Mango Haze and Neville's Haze

After retiring from farming full-time cannabis, Neviulle became co-owner with Arjan in the Greenhouse Coffee-Shop in the red light district of Amsterdam and continued breeding and cultivating cannabis but on a smaller scale. Arjan was associated with the breeder and Shantibaba Australian Greenhouse Seeds started in 1995, the varieties were bred by Shantibaba and include names like White Widow, White Rhino, Great White Shark and El Niño.Greenhouse won a lot of drinks with these varieties bred by Shantibaba, dominating the High Times Cannabis Cup in the same way it did Neville in previous celebrations of the event. Shantibaba Neville and started working together and each chose a female of a large crop of 1000 plants of NL # 5xHazeA, the female Neville chose was the female half of the SuperSilverHaze (SSH) while he chose became Shantibaba the mother of the Mango Haze. Shantibaba explained the choices in two different threads mrnice.nl forum in April 2007:
"SSH is one of those F1 seeds that guarantees that you are getting something good in every package. Clearly this is a very small sample, but you should have no problems. Look at it this way, to find the mother of SSH led to choose Nev. 1000 seeds flowered over several years. Then doing the progeny test, which ultimately is the only real test of breeding, took us to many of us several attempts to make sure that the choice was true. This variety has a lot of work for many years, and with good reasons why so many people in the world has so much appreciation "
"The reason I chose Mango Nev Haze and SSH was chosen because of personal differences in taste. Most people that we initially chose to test both the SSH and was therefore well known and his story was written. But my choice was MH and for any of you who can find a great mother, what. "and keep it well because I think you will not find a better example of such a plant odor and sweetness in a rush so cerebral effect."
SSH was created from a cross of NL # 5 x HazeA HazeC with the male. Hydro entered the category Cannabis Cup 1997 and won first prize. SSH seeds were put on sale in the cup of 1998 and again won the category SSH Hydro, as well as win the 1st prize in general and El Niño, another Haze hybrid won the 2nd prize Shantibaba general.

Shantibaba explains what happened in the history of Mr Nice he wrote for the website mrnice.nl:
"In 1998, when Neville was co-owner of the coffee-shop Greenhouse in Red Light District, and I was co-owner and worked Greenhouse Seed co (since its establishment in 1994) ... we decided to really try to give the best of ourselves the HTCC. Until then, Neville and I, working individually, we won almost every award given to raising cannabis. On behalf of Greenhouse, bombed the HTCC 1998, winning all the prizes were not for clothing designs. We were first and second in the HTCC. "
The SSH was again on the 1st at the Cannabis Cup in 1999 to complete a remarkable hat-trick of victories. Here is the description of the SSH Shantibaba mrnice.n:
"Champion of champions since winning the hat-trick in the High Times Cannabis Cup 1997, 1998 and 1999 and comprising more commercial varieties known to the uncivilized world: Skunk, NL and Haze. Such achievements confer an undoubtedly true pedigree. Hasan excellent breed for those who wish to own the gear levers and leaves one praying to regain sanity. This complex hybrid is in coverage limit practical Haze hybrids designed to astound both grower and consumer. do not recommendations needed because most people can not see behind the stunning Haze. " (Haze: fog, mist,-n. Of t.)
Shantibaba ended its relationship with Greenhouse Cannabis Cup seeds after 1998 and soon after was also Neville. Shantibaba explains what happened in the article "The History of Mr Nice" posted on the website mrnice.nl:
"I especially liked the event, so I decided to retire that year. Matches my relationship with my Dutch partner deteriorated, and egos soared. As a result, I sold my share in the Greenhouse Seed Company and as independent trader, rode Mr Nice Seedbank (MNS), which has always been and remains a Dutch company. Shortly thereafter, Neville also took off his interests in Greenhouse. MNS never entrusted plants to non-growers, including our former Dutch partners. "
Shantibaba collected his breeding plants and seed collection and moved to Switzerland to continue their work, as he explains:
"In 1999, Dutch law changed and stopped allowing seed production. Gedogen Dutch law, however, allowed to continue with the importation of seed from other countries. Wanted to complete our project without breaking the laws of any country. According with this, MNS moved its growing operations to Switzerland, where the law allowed cannabis breeding for seed production. Many Dutch companies lost plants, mother rooms and seed crops, but in Switzerland, MNS production flourished "
After Shantibaba and Neville were Greenhouse Seeds the details of genetics offered by Arjan Haze empozó be difficult to discern, certainly the parents used to make Haze varieties offered had changed as Shanti and Neville took them when they left . However, this did not interrupt Greenhouse continue selling the same Haze varieties they had before. I have no idea desi varieties were reproduced finding new parents in the original game or if the gene came from other sources, only Arjan and selected members in Greenhouse Seeds know the truth and not speculation often leads nowhere. Arjan owns the rights to names like White Widow, White Rhino, Great White Shark and other so it is legally able to sell seeds with those names, but there are no laws governing the authenticity of the gene so while the name is is, the genetic composition is subject to change. A good explanation is that given Shantibaba in a thread on the Internet in 2007
"The cannabis seeds are not recognized as authentic except for some varieties of hemp that the French got patent for years. So every company that sells cannabis seeds is not clear or can have it. The best we can do is the copyright of a including the name of your company. That is the truth and you see companies like GSHco tasnto now use the names from around the world for a range from F1 to make these feminized versions ... and not only them, because manyother companies do the same "
"Since 1998 I have answered several thousand complaints against Arjan seeds it sells as GHSco. Never admit it, but lost or loaded most of the plants that were, so basically what it does is buy seeds Ingemar(which at its best is unpredictable) or avoid raising hormones to feminize using real seeds. why feminized seeds has two parts, one that sells for beginners or people who only want females, and two because they have no idea of how male nor cross them ... the alternative is to use both hormones to produce seed of the females ... a job that anyone can do. The only problem now comes when people cultivated varieties. And a little advice for those who really know ye, the most noise comes from the empty barrel ... why have so many named varieties from self ego or insecurity ... will ... become your own idea. "

Even Haze Cause Furor in the New Millennium

Since the turn of the century, Greenhouse has submitted a list of new varieties with Haze, as Arjan's Haze 1, 2 and 3, Arjan's Ultra Haze, 1, 2 and 3 and Strawberry Haze. Specific details on these varieties and their genetic makeup are not available, so it is unknown if they contain something of genetics introduced by Neville, or are even Haze variations. Apart from the quality or authenticity of their genetics, Arjan Haze made sure to remain as an article looking at the world of cannabis seed. Arjan Ultra Haze # 1 was created by crossing a plant with a Neville's Haze sativa from Laos and presented to the Cannabis Cup 2006, everyone who smoked it does not say much and was very surprised when he won the 1st Prize
While Shantibaba (as Mr Nice Seedbank) continued to offer Neville's Haze, Super Silver Haze, Mango Haze and El Nino (renamed La Nina as GHS owned the copyright of the name El Niño) using the same parents who used between 1995 and 1998 while working on GHS
Soma and G13Haze
In 2001, an unexpected new game Haze genetics entered the scene, but again, rather than being completely new hybridizations were from the Original Haze Neville worked a decade earlier. A breeder called Soma resurrected American outsider some of the genetic Neville Ed Rosenthal after ten seeds give him old. Soma is the story on page 78 of his book Organic Marijuana Soma Style:
"In 2001 I tried to germinate some seeds from G13Haze old Neville, famous for its cannabis genetics. Were created in 1988. Had ten of those seeds. Only one germinated and was male. That left me with one choice, if I wanted to use that genetics, had to cross the male with one of my varieties and choose some selected phenotypes of females. According crossings G13Haze circulate around the globe, many growers are totally excited about what has emerged from these seeds. sativa brought a strong influence on all the varieties with which it has hybridized. "
Neville created the G13 x Haze crossing in 1988 using the Haze C male and female clone G13. Neville describes the branch of G13 in the catalog of The Seed Bank 1988:
"G13 is an outstanding clone of an Indica allegedly" liberated "from the government research program in Mississippi, and now we have. Widely cultivated as indoor commercial plant in the U.S., the G13 has proven to be one of the best breeding plants for our collection. The G13 hybrids are fast growing indoors, high resin production, excellent power and extreme hybrid vigor. "
The seeds of G13 x Haze went on sale in the catalog of The Seed Bank in 1989 but were only on sale for a year, apparently did not combine well genetics. Neville never used G13 x Haze genetics in any of his subsequent work and instead chose to work with the crossing of NL # 5xHaze. The G13 x Haze male Soma found that pulls strongly toward the Haze genetics, so I guess the thinking was that Soma was basically a male version of Haze C but with some influence G13. Neville and proved that the male Shantibaba Haze C is a great plant for breeding, so Soma would have thought that was a classic breeding male like to work with. Soma wrote in his article on Hybridization:
"In my new crosses between male G13 Haze (wanted to bring more genetic sativa to the mix) with Buddha's Sister, Somango, Somativa, White Willow, Lavender, Citralah, White Light, New York City Diesel, Rockbud, Reclining Buddha and Free Tibet, I am finding some of the best plants in my life. "
Subsequently, other vendors have used the male seed of Soma G13Haze in their own hybrids. DNA Genetics have created using this male varieties, such as Connie Chung, Sour Cream, Super Cannalope, Chocolope, C13 Haze and Martian Mean Green.Barney's Farm also sold seeds created by a Dutch breeder using the G13 Haze male, in 2005 won the Cannabis Cup for best sativa with a junction of C5 x male G13Haze under the name of Willy Nelson. The same breeder also crossed the G13 Haze male with Amnesia Haze from Soma and A5 and C5Haze, these hybrid seed sold in shops in Amsterdam. Barney's Farm still sells a line of seeds called G13 Haze, but its exact origins are unknown, is listed by Barney as G13 x Hawaiian sativa, but as the clone G13 has been dead for over a decade, is more likely to be a hybrid using male pollen G13Haze
Self-confessed lover of Haze OJD made the following comment in a thread thcfarmer.com internet in December 2008:
"I have grown or smoked a lot (or most) of the varieties crossed with the male G13Haze through a lot of banks-DNA, Soma and others and I must say that you're bring Haze flavors and qualities to the mix, this is the clone you want, really hazea anything that crosses and may even improve the junction with haze crazy. "
A of DNA Genetics has this to say about male G13Haze thcfarmer.com a thread in November 2008:
"We have been working with this male for 4-5 years and always found great things from him."
Whereas male G13Haze is the only known plant grown from seed there original Neville in 1988, is unrepresentative of the hybrid. Also, being uan Haze dominant phenotype with minimal G13 influence being apparent in their progeny, can be considered to have properties similar to the original male breeding Haze C was used for parental. The Haze C male has proved a great plant for breeding, being used in many crosses by Neville and Shantibaba with great success, is therefore logical that the male G13Haze, similar to his father have similar potential for breeding. The great success enjoyed by Soma and DNA Genetics in recent years with their hybrids using male G13Haze therefore reinforces the reputation of his father the Haze C male and its influence on the commercial gene pool.

Soma Amnesia Haze

Soma also offers a line called Amnesia Haze seed which ensures that was created from a Laotian sativa female and male Afghan / Hawaiian Shantibaba, but the description of the variety that made yet offers no clues about his lineage:
"Amnesia Haze is one of the finest Hazes Soma offers. The smell and taste are unforgettable, until the test and forget it!"
Amnesia Haze went on sale in 2003, while G13Haze crossings, and entered the Cannabis Cup in 2004 where he won the 1st prize in general. Soma no mention of the aging process that created Amnesia Haze in his book Organic Marijuana Soma Style. In the description of the variety Super Silver Haze mrnice.nl Shantibaba writes:
"A winner of many awards including HTCC 97, 98 and 99, also known by other names in different countries such as Amnesia Haze, The Bomb, etc ..."
Shantibaba clearly thinks that Amnesia Haze and SSH are related, Soma Does a mother crossed with the male G13Haze SSH to create Amnesia Haze? Some people speculate that Soma used one of the surviving clones Haze (A5 or C5) and pollinated with male G13Haze, which makes sense since Amnesia appeared while their G13Haze crossings.
The Dutch company Hy-Pro nutrient has also released a version of Amnesia Haze. There is little information, but this may be G13Haze Amnesia Haze X male.
