The bill sounds pretty sketchy IMO. All kinds of new violations and charges being introduced into the law books, such as if your growing in your own house near kids, etc. I'm no lawyer, but it almost sounds worse than just being a medical patient..

This won't happen. Washington is just like Oregon in that the eastern part of the state is populated by Evangelical Christians, Mormons, and generally conservative people. They have the ability to block much legislation.
And why do we allow the police to determine legislation? Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs should not be part of the legislative process. They tried the same thing in Oregon.

[/QUOTE. I thought it was the legal weed lobby that wants to keep homegrow out of the peoples hands?

You can put a 6 pack in your fridge, store bottles of everclear in the kitchen next to the toxic draino, but if you so much as sprout a little plant in the house with kids they'll seize your property and all your assets with the new bill. Almost as if it was designed that way. That's what it sounds like to me anyway, lol.

There is no reason outside of greed for home grow to not be allowed. I know out here in NY the huge MSOs fought to have home grow axed from the bill and are upset about a person being able to grow 6 damn plants.

That is the problem with federal involvement. The same reason why home distilling is illegal.
They want the tax money.
6 plants is a silly number really. 6 small indoor plants is plenty for a single person. 6 in the ground plants on the other hand is a crazy amount.
