Horror seeds, stay away from them

So, i wanted to order a pack from them, they reply slowly and cloudy, in fact in 6 mail with them, they didn't really answer my questions.
In this case i wanted to buy a pre-drop, and they didn't wanna say to me when would be the effective shipping day, avoiding the question.
I started check the email address, because i was thinking to be scammed, and i realized that instead horrorseeds i was chatting to HorrorSeeds.
90% of providers garantee no difference between caps and non but these times, when everyone is trying to fuck you online i just wanted to make shure i was safe.
So i write a mail to horrorseeds without caps, and they replied me
"You are an idiot"
I said, "ok see ya"
Going to buy from an other company.
Ciao horror.

Like Kass said, no difference in upper or lower case in email addresses EVER. They probably just got tired of answering your emails over and over. I’ve never had a chance to deal with them so can’t say if they are legit or not, but the email addresses were the same if just changing from upper to lower case.

Horror gets so many emails about their Symbiotic drops because they're pretty much the only people who carry their entire line and do pre-orders for them....6 emails is a bit...excessive? They have a general idea of when the drops come in, but no exact date obviously-you pre-order it, and then wait, that's it. If you want something right away, order something in stock. I've had zero issues with Horror seeds-just follow their very clear instructions and you'll be fine.

DNS entries for horrorseeds.com and HorrorSeeds.com are the same:

% nslookup www.horrorseeds.com
Server: 8.8.8.8
Address: 8.8.8.8#53

Non-authoritative answer:
www.horrorseeds.com canonical name = horrorseeds.com.
Name: horrorseeds.com
Address: 34.102.136.180

Its the same thing.

As for calling a potential customer an idiot - well, I won't be buying from them now, lets put it that way.

Without seeing the actual emails it seems to me you were pushing them over and over for a date on pre-order shipping which they can’t give you, they have no idea. You had the audacity to come on here and claim they are possibly scammers because of the caps in the email address, which is obviously false, so you probably mentioned that fact in your email to them. My guess is you are an idiot in this instance, although good customer service would dictate you don’t tell a customer that. I think you just pushed someone’s button one time too many. One employees email response to you does not necessarily make them a scam. I find it hard to believe someone will try to ruin a companies reputation based on an email exchange when you the customer were obviously wrong. The proper response would have been to move on and just buy from someone else. No money was ever exchanged so there was no scam even possible.

@subwax Checking DNS would be the right choice, thanks next time i ll do that
@Hook Daddy , @Kassiopeija and @Rurumo as i said, 90% of providers garantee for no difference in upper and lower case, although, before send hundreds of dollars in bitcoin i just wanna make shure there is NO possibility to send my ( and my friends) money to someone else for nothing.
They didn't even ask for my physical address, but to pay a bitcoin address avoiding my questions.
I know i could be annoying, i know it was legit too.
In the end of the day, opinions are subjective (like this post title) but facts are not.
I'm gonna get my seeds from an other bank and they lost customers.
Short time story.

Ok after looking at them closer I would not buy from them either. Their website has recently moved to seedsofhorror. Com yet in all of their text the company is still referred to as horror seeds. Their site is incomplete, and the faq states they are not responsible for anything. Their Facebook pages have been completely erased, Very suspicious

With all the choices available there is absolutely no reason to deal with any outfit that doesn't have good customer service. No seed, strain, or drop is worth dealing with crappy service. There's always something else available. Move on and get something else. Waiting on drops and pre-drops is rather silly.

Well shit. I was gonna say another new member calling out a seed bank. Looks like the op was actually right this time lol.

Welcome to RIU.

I've gotten used to most of the seed sites being pretty poor quality. Some that offer hundreds, if not thousands, of strains have very poor search. If you don't know the exact strain you want going in there won't be much help.

Happy to see how this post evolved, was shure to reopen it and get s*** filled.
That's what happened to me, i really wanted to buy from them but any further step i had made me suspicious more and more, especially the customer service, chatting with them made me feel exactly like i was getting scammed.
Personally, i think they could really ship seeds but overall they are not working like a serious company.
It feels more like a gumble than a purchase.

Is not operational.

I would be exceptionally suspicious of this site.

Horror seeds indeed!
That's not even the right website... It's called Seeds of Horror. I bought two packs of Symbiotic from them about 6 weeks ago. They respond to any reasonable questions, but come on, if someone emails you 6 times about anything, would you respond to them? Here's another tip for OP, don't buy anything with Bitcoin unless you know what you're doing and you KNOW the other person knows what they're doing too, otherwise it's a complete PITA. Place order, send cash, like every other seed bank in the USA. Just buy a single pack if you're worried about it, or buy from someplace else. You've completely trashed a company and never even placed an order, it's ridiculous.
