Found this.... 800w LED How bad can it be for $230???? 4x4 tent
What is the best spectrum?....I see alot with 4000 and 660....is 3000, 5000, and 660 better? if so why?
Thanks in advance.
It says that one is full spectrum which is good but it also says it uses 680 watts
And in another line it’s says 800actual
Truthfully it sounds to good to be true for that price
Proceed with caution

Equal amounts of 3k and 5k is the same as all 4k. So it depends on the ratio but they probably use both so they dont have to source all 4k .

Doubt they're the best diodes for that price and the may just use a handful of Samsungs so they can include it in the sales blurb , or likely none at all because most people wouldn't be able to check.

But it's a lot of light for the price .

There is conflicting information on the ad , wattage as herb and suds points out, plus coverage is different. Plus the one actual review reports 2 stars and arrived broken, though that may be just bad luck as we know how these depos can be

Either buy a Chinese board of Ali baba or get a good American brand like HLG, Mars hydro, etc...

I got a pair of GLS 300 for my first couple grows, and it worked well. Switched to the HLG blackbird and the GLS are now purely for veg or experimental grows.

I had a couple Bestva 2000 that I checked par on using a phone app...good for reference at best, but at 24" the Bestva best was 400 to 600...this thing was at 500 to 700's with 800's at 30"...much better coverage and much stronger..got it running now and will keep it burning 24/7 ...got a reference par reading and I'll keep comparing.

230$ ??? That's awesome value for money, if its reliable.

If you take the average par you're getting multiply it by your grow area in m² and divide it by your total consumed power
you'd know how efficient it is.

I'd be curious. GL with it, sir.

I am beginning to think they have screwed up the pricing on Amazon. The light is worth 3 times what I paid.
