How do you mix your hydro nutrients? And what do you use? Only master growers please.

As an experienced grower, I'm curious to find out what other people are using nowadays and what is most effective.

Do you bubble your water if so how long and why?
Is your water hard or soft?
Do you use RO filter?

What advice would you give to a new grower to help avoid problems?

I would advise to use RO water, this eliminates a variable that can't be quantified sans testing. Our water herre is from a reservoir and the tap water changes with seasons. Sometimes it's high in magnesium, sometimes it's not. Sometimes it's high in calcium other times middle of the road. Using RO water eliminates these variables.

Make sure to add the nutrients in the proper order and let them mix in before adding another nutrient.

Also use a pump to mix the nutrients not air stones. The air stones will make the pH fluctuate.
it's not the stones it's the pump drawing in ambient air into the nutrients, but yes use a small pump with a venturi ON A TIMER, otherwise it will heat the nutes

I start with ROwater from my iSpring 5 stage RO (incudes booster pump, which is essential)

I then mix ~ 200ppm CaMg, then nutes: I am finishing off Emerald Harvest liquids (PITA), then going to either NPK RAW or MegaCrop dry powders. why pay the built in shipping cost for mostly water?

I use an electric hand mixer, mixing each ingredient before adding the next

I then drop blue ice blocks to bring it down to proper temperature before adding to the rezes
