Given that all other environmental conditions are met, the more light the better! The more photosynthetic active radiation the better that is.. cfls produce low density low yielding harvests. They are only well suited for young plants. Very young plants. After looking at your grow, I would start over. Your little gal is nutrient burt, stretched and stressed. Even without any training the plant shouldnt be so thin and tall. MORE LIGHT PLEASE! Get a small tent (3x3x6) for your hobby style setup. Get a solid 400-600 watt hood and a duct fan then grow some plants that are worth the effort. Have fun! We all start somewhere. Oh and you shouldnt feed at all in most soils/soil-less mediums until the plant is 3 weeks old or about as big as your's is now. You jumped the gun and fed (over fed) too soon. Dyna Grow foilage pro is all you feed starting at this stage. 1/4 strength or less.

You might want to do some more reading, a good chunk of what you said just now isn't true.

Why would you not feed in a soil-less medium for 3 weeks???

I have found that most situations do not call for any feeding for the first 3 weeks of life. Yes even in soil-less media. There are a few other indicating factors. If the plant has developed its 3rd set of leaves before 3 weeks then I would start feeding. If the plant shows signs of deficiency or abnormality prior to developing its 3rd set or 3 weeks without feeding then something else is likely awry.
like not feeding it lol?

What about when my dog drinks salt water and then sprays diarrhea? I give him more nutrients because hes all depleted and such.
