Hi guys just sharing my first ever grow.. tips welcome!!

psychosis cutting.
300w cfl veg light + reflector.
1 7" desk fan
1 extractor fan.

I think shes doing ok, only been potted for 4 days now looks a bit wispy and droopy
hoping she will start bushing out soon, not too sure whether to add my bio-grow yet or give her another few days to settle in.
Also keep misting the room to try and get more humidity as its only around 37%.
Any idea or tips :eyesmoke:

cheers

I think the fork answers your question. You need to get the light a lot closer to get her to stop stretching and start bulking up, no forks in nature to hold up weak plants. Also, what is your temp range?

Hi cheers for the reply, i put the fork there yesterday to stop her leaning to far over, i tried having the light around 4 inches from the top but it burnt the top leafs because i cant seem to get the temp down any lower than 32 even with the fans on and extract. do you think its worth trying to pull her over with some string and then putting her alot closer to the light to try and bush out the lower branches?

appreciate the help dude!

Then that has a lot to do with it, had to do a quick look up as i am a stupid American and 32 just confuses me...... Anyhow, basically you are pushing 90 degrees F, that is your issue right there. You need to figure out a way to get fresh air in and get rid of the hot stale air. The plant uses a lot from the air, so if you are not refreshing the air then it is not getting what it needs.
I obviously can't tell you exactly how to do this, as each space has its own issues. But a fan blowing between the light and plants canopy is always a good thing to have in place, obviously gonna have to have it on fairly low for the little one, but as she gets bigger you can add more airflow.
My goal for you would be work on the "room" that she is in and get it dialed in as far as temps, and air circulation, then the rest will come.

Ok cheers iv been sorting the temps out, just need to keep the night temp up as its droppin to 19 so iv bought a heater to run at night. The plant doesn't seem to be making any progress. Iv stopped giving it nutes but will start with 2ml per litre of water.
Any ideas on best way to make her more bushy and a thicker stalk?? Cheers rollers!!

How often are you watering? What is your lighting schedule? It looks to me like your lights are really far away. Once you get your room in order and can keep your temps around 78-82 ideal with lights on then its going to be hard to get her nice and bushy as you wish. I would let the soil dry out completely and put the lights about 10-15 cm away from the top of your plant. Once your baby gets a comfortable environment to grow in she will start bushing up and getting a thicker stalk

looks like your light is to far away ...its stretching quite a bit .... i would cut a few inches off and lower your light and keep your light on 24......dont over water either

Its under 18/6 at the moment, water a little bit everyday also mist the room a few times a day to help with humidity. In thinking of Cutting a few inches off or trying to tie her down to get some light to the bottom lot doesn't look like Itl flower too well at the moment, how long shall I veg her for much longer? Cheers rollers

LoL, he means the fork!
Anyhow, get your temps under control, get a fan in there and get good fresh air coming in, you should be golden and she should do the rest, well and watch the over watering too.

I agree with Trueno. Get a room put together with good airflow in order to keep the temps where you want them. It really looks to me like over watering and light is way too far away.

I actually like the idea of tying her down at this point....but only IF you get your temps under control (i.e., good ventilation) so you can move the light a little closer.
