I've never measured the height of these plants, only their distance from the light.
I'd estimate 26-28" on the flip and 28-30" after stretch. Kali Mist will stretch a lot more than any of my current strains, I'm going to germinate KM last and have the other three strains ready to flip just when Kali is ready.

I top my plants on the third node, an extra node in case there's a problem. As well, the bottom 4 shoots might catch up and you'll have 4-6 colas off one topping.

How long do you let them grow before flower after topping? Seems to me like topping the top main branch would have the colas too close to each other when it starts to flower
What lights do you use for your grow?
cool man I’d like to try led. What ppm did you use for Kali mist? Seems people use all kinds of different numbers for ppm.

is this the serious seeds KM? I've been wondering if it's still as good as it was 20 years ago, or if their genetics have declined. I just bought some Cherry Bomb seeds because of Radiant Rudy's pics, now I've got some Kali Mist in my shopping cart LOL

Ya its from serious. I cant say how good this latest iteration is but ive grown SS's KM many times. I have not noticed much variation. I do think its a worthwhile grow. Definitely expect to manage the stretch.

I'll get some regs and look for a special mommy(and daddies) next year, when I have more growing space. KM was my favorite sativa of that era, along with Hawaiian Snow from Greenhouse. I really wanted to see how those strains are holding up, since so many others have declined. I'll be growing out some Hawaiian Snow soon, I'll do a grow diary for it...wish I could do the KM at the same time, but it'll probably take months to get the seeds considering the terrible state of USPS atm.

I used regs first run only. I ran thru 3 or 4 packs of fems over a few years, along with clones (roots easily). I dont recall much variation. I did encounter botrytis issues a couple times. With bright light a happy plant will grow massive buds that need on-point mineral nutrition to avoid mold.

KM has a few good qualities. It is a very good yielder, it isnt a fussy feeder, well grown plants produce great looking buds, and the sativa buzz is brilliant.

I’ve read good things about kali and wanted to try it myself. Have a few more weeks of flower left before I get to try it. It looks like it’s going to be a decent yield. The buds look very good. I’m really looking forward to smoking it. I’ve grown Serious seeds AK47 and it has always been beautiful buds and high quality smoke. People say that Kali is a better smoke so I really hope so. When I give someone some of my AK47 they often tell me it’s the best weed they’ve smoked. Also I’ve read that Kali mist is Simmons favorite strain.
