How much gallon/ml water and nutrients for my seedling and how many times a day?

Newbie here!

Age: 1 week
Soil: Coco Coir 1.8 (5 litres) gallon
Light: It's winter so UVB reptiles 30w 2 meter distance (UVB bc it grows faster than led and, it's for reptiles bc the light is quite like a sunlight that's why) or when sunny then Sunlight bc of high bills (from closed Window!!) During Night no lights.
Temparature: normal? and during night normal? (with fan cold?)
Growing: Indoor
Pot: Smart fabric pot 3 gallon
Nutrients: Calmag and Micro fertilizer
(Fan): should i give him a fan?
Leafs: 0.8 inches (2cm)
Plant whole outside 2.8 inches (7cm)
Status: healthy, the soil is wet but not as wet with normal pots bc of runoffs, gave him recently 1 litre of water

Question: How much gallon/ml water and nutrients for seedling and how many times a day?

I don't wanna buy more stuffs bc of my budget

I'm sorry I'm confused your growing indoor but using sunlight? What's the reptile lights for?

I use sun light from my window, it's anyway indoor bc it's not outside and only if there is a sunlight bc it's winter. The uvb light is actually for reptiles but it's uvb. Uvb light grow is faster than led and it's like a sunlight. I only use it if there is no sunlight bc high bills. I have calmag and micro fertilizer. I use it bc cococoir has no nutrients in it.

You need more than Cal Mag and Micros if you're going to grow in coco. More importantly, that plant should be in a cup, not that giant pot. If it were me, I'd try to down size my pot. Then you'll have an easier time with how much and when to feed. Good luck.
