How much time do YOU think?

These wonder women have been flowering since the first week in November, how much longer do you think it'll take? I've been monitoring the trichs but they haven't shown me anything. The hairs are just about all red but the trichs are all clear. Any ideas?

I'd say that they look ready.

Have the trichs not turned even cloudy yet.

Surely they have to be changing after almost 16 weeks?!?!?

They don't look milky to me, and they damn sure aren't amber. They are wonder woman from nirvana shop. They have it listed as a hybrid (whatever that means) but I think I should see the trichs changing. I've kept detailed notes so I know I'm not mistaken with the flowering time. I guess I'll give them another day of 12/12 then I'll keep them in total darkness for a few days then chop.

Hybrid simply means that it's an Indica/Sativa cross.

I think that is the best plan.

Happy smoking.

im starting my seeds tihs thur hopefully all goes according to plan do you have a journal ???ican def use some help
I kept & still keep a detailed journal. Its needed as all the plants don't always get fed on the same day. I'm thinking about using a numbering system where they are numbered and I can keep a closer track of each ones progress and how they are reacting to the nutes.

Wonder Woman takes 9-10 weeks to flower.
You can chop her down now, it's just that the high will be a tad different
then if you waited another week for the trichs to turn amber.
If you're gonna wait for the trichs to change color.
Start trimming off that dead leaf on the bud.
Start flushing if you haven't already.
Turn your light cycle to 8 hours of light and 16 hours of darkness.
Within a few days, take another look at the trichs.

Thanks for that info. While looking at them this morning a thought hit me. If all the leaves are looking like they've reached their cycle for storing energy for the plant to use during its dark cycle, then the plant must be done; no? What I was planning to do was water it one last time with molasses, and overdrive, but I'm not sure if overdrive is needed. A little advice on using overdrive is appreciated, then cover them up and let them stay in complete darkness for a few days. Maybe that'll help to induce the trichs to change color. Good idea or bad idea?

Please forgive how this sounds, but so far, everyone on here has told you they're done or to start flushing and chop em. One reply even gave you a method to help your trichs turn. WHY are you asking if you should add nutes. You said it yourself "plants must be done, no?" . I'm no expert but i've heard that some strains (specifically sativas) trichomes will sometimes stay clear or milky at their peak ripeness. Believe me man. some people on here give shitty advice, but most people are very helpful. the ones who are helpful don't like to be second guessed when they're giving advice on what they know to be true. I haven't listened when i should have. and have listened when i should'nt have. If everyone says they are ready. CHOP IT. don't add nutes. just flush and cut. your buds are ready. be happy. I COMPLETELY understand why you are waiting. Because you want optimal results. You will be very pleased with your plant believe me. my point
If you ask a question in your post and everyone on the post is telling you the same thing and even give advice. don't post a reply that makes it look like they're answers went overlooked.
ALSO A TIP I LEARNED OVER THE WEEKEND.
google before and after asking or getting advice on RIU. some people here don't know shit and will give you bad advice. I was given advice and told i had this and that problem. then when i referred back to Jorge's Book (seems hated on here sometimes) my problem was right there in front of me.
Anyways YOU GET REP FOR PUTTING UP WITH MY RAMBLING!!!
I'm not trying to sound dickesh. I just don't want people to start giving you shit advice because your not listening.:leaf:
your plant is ready and the buds look delicious.

Dude, I totally hear see where you're coming from. I also appreciate you taking the time to post how you posted. Some people can be down right rude & ignorant. As far wanting to feed them molasses, that's coming from what I've been reading on here as far as flushing goes. Adding overdrive was a thought based on what I've read overdrive is supposed to do. Maybe I didn't, and still don't, fully understand overdrives function, but that was why adding it was more of a question than a statement. But they are definitely going into a long period of darkness and like you said, chop and be happy. As far as googling goes, when I search for info I find contradicting info, half say this, half say do the opposite. So in the end I sign on and ask a question that has more than likely been asked a million times before, this thread is a prime example of that. Thanks again for politely putting things in their proper perspective. + rep back @ cha!

Always good to ask advice before you make a final decision. I've done it over and over.. Yeah i forgot to add ..go without the overdrive id say flush and just go with the molasses, and then go with the 8/16 like someone had posted. If you don't see a change. they're done.
I know how you feel when you say everything contradicts itself. I usually just go with the most experienced people on here for advice. Look up posts they commented on, even though they'll still contradict each other sometimes. But don't think I'm telling you not to post if you have a question. I usually do. whether it's been asked a million times there's always someone, with sound advice, willing to answer. But like i said. try and follow the ones on here that have the reputation and pics to prove they know what they're talking about.:joint:
